Clean and nice location

We had a great experience and was happy with our stay. We had a minor plumbing issue that they got resolved by the next day. Overall, it was a fantastic home!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Chicago property. This house is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable for you/your guests. Larry was very responsive with the minor issue we had during our stay and came out the next morning. There were basic amenities for us, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags and plenty of towels for each of the bathrooms. My only suggestion would be to add some more kitchen essentials such as mixing bowls, a sheet pan and oven mitts. Close enough to the downtown area too which is what we were there for. Would definitely stay here again!

Our first trip to Chicago and We stayed at this home for 5 days. What a beautiful home. Everything was great. Larry was awesome. He was easy to communicate with and got back to you immediately. Home was minutes away from the water. And 10-15 min to downtown. We lived it. Thank you Larry for everything. Can’t wait to stay here again.

The perfect property for our ladies trip! Easy access to the property, love the safety features, great neighborhood!

What a fabulous place. Huge very clean house with lots of room. Can easily fit 4 couples no problem. Yes the house is on the south side but we felt safe and the neighborhood was quiet. For the size of the house and all the bedrooms and bathrooms it is well worth the cost. The location is only 10-15 away from Soldier Field, SHEDD aquarium, Field museum and downtown. Highly recommend staying here. I know we will on our next trip to Chicago.

A beautiful home in a good location with street parking. The house was maintained well but the linen was not consistently cleaned throughout the bedrooms.

Girls weekend was perfect at this house. It’s very clean and well maintained—close to Chicago attractions while not being caught in the traffic of the loop.

Overall it was a really great experience, the house was super clean, the pictures are telling the truth and within 2 minutes walk you get to the closest bus station. A little longer brings you to the metro line. We will always recommend this

Headed to Chicago for weekend getaway and stayed again at Larry's property. Our friends were impressed with the entire house and had such a great time. Kitchen and living room was perfect space for dinners and watching the games. The property again was immaculate, spotless and made us feel at home. Anytime we come to Chicago, will always look to stay here as it is our home away from home now!! ;-)

Owner was very responsive when there were some issues. Beautiful and spacious, especially the living room and kitchen.

Everything about the stay was flawless. The instructions and communication prior to arrival were complete and clear. The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the Larry was very responsive.

My friends and I had a great time here. The place feels so much bigger than it looks like in pictures and it’s so beautiful! Larry was super responsive and helpful with everything we needed. 10/10 would recommend!

Great place! Clean, spacious, and the hose was suoer communicative and helpful. The check in and out was a breeze. We had a hurricane and could not return home. Larry was able to help accommodate and made it worry free!
