Our host was exceptionally responsive, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure our experience was excellent. The location was great - an easy walk to town and close to markets/grocery stores. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and nice outdoor space. We highly recommend this property!

Short version:I would not stay here again. During my stay, I experienced repeated pest issues, extremely poor water pressure, and significant overnight noise from nearby trains.Long version:Hospitality / Customer Service:I sent a booking request that included a message asking about a possible discount, rather than sending a message separately. The host accepted the booking without any response. While that is within his rights, it set the tone for the stay. When I later mentioned it, his response was essentially that he was not required to reply because it was a booking request. That interaction shaped my expectations for communication going forward.Positive Note:The house itself is nicely decorated and furnished, and at first glance it presents well.Pests:Upon arrival, I found a dead cockroach in the kitchen. Shortly after cleaning it up, another cockroach came out from under the sink. Throughout the stay, I also encountered multiple dead and live flies in the bathroom. In my experience, this was not an isolated incident and affected the overall cleanliness and comfort of the property.Water Pressure:The water pressure in the bathroom sinks and showers was extremely low during my stay. Showering and even basic tasks like brushing teeth took much longer than normal and were frustrating. For me, this significantly impacted the usability of the bathroom.Noise:The home is located very close to an active train track and crossing. Trains pass frequently, including

The house was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked for our stay. Beds were very comfortable. Check in process was easy, and the host quickly responded to any questions we had. Close to Atlantic Ave shopping and restaurants and the beach.

Good stay

Plenty of space to spread out. Pocket door for 2 rooms helped with a quiet zone. Backyard was wonderful for outside meals. Location was great. Easy walk to Atlantic Ave and drive to anywhere

Great Stay. The house is as described. Beds are comfy & house is clean and well equipped. It is technically walking distance to shops & beach but at 1 mile not ideal when carrying beach gear in sandals. Neighborhood was safe, older, but definitely going through changes( positive).
