Lux Downtown St. Augustine Home – Walk to Sites, Pvt Parking, Pet Friendly, BBQ

The house was located in a great area with dining options within walking distance. For reference, Bridge of Lions is about 20 minutes away walking. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was clean and the host had good communication. Would definitely book it again.

Good location for visiting

Home was better than we even expected. Very clean. Very comfortable. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see.

Owner was great to work with. Property is a little further from historic area than we expected but the walk did us good! Really enjoyed our trip!

Some things were fine, but others were missing. Everything was clean but the towels were average to worn. The heater want on and we had to search for soap and conditioner. We had problems using the TV and the owner didn’t respond to my questions. The location of the house wasn’t ideal because it was noisy across the street from the docks, where boats are being worked on the houses up for sale and I think the owners were not out to please a customer like me.

This was our second stay at this home. Its perfect for two vouples. Clean and modern with everything we need! We will be back next year!

Had such a good time at your lovely house with two of my daughters and their husbands. The house was everything we wanted just as advertised. Easy to walk to restaurants and downtown. Lincolnville is a beautiful older section of St Augustine with so much history. Walked to The French Pastry the first night and had a delicious meal. They’re open seven days a week from 7 am - 9 pm. Coffee and pastries in the morning. Looking forward to coming back. PS. Loved the television for football games. Thanks again for being great hosts.

This was our second family trip staying at the property. Doesn't disappoint. The home is spacious and has everything you could need for your stay and the kids enjoy the large room with balcony upstairs. Our favorite thing is the location. You can easily walk to fish camp, and a short drive/walk to downtown St. Augustine. Quiet area is a bonus. Highly recommend, we will be back!

House is amazing and very well maintained. Absolutely spotless. Everything we needed was there. Dishes, utensils, pots& pans, grill, coffee maker (and complimentary k-cups). Dishwasher pods and laundry pods for a couple loads. I would definitely recommend this rental!!

Spacious and comfortable, plenty of room to spread out for interest of age groups but still integrated for togetherness while cooking, dining, and relaxing. Excellent location for downtown. Love the front porch and balcony and large back patio. Busy corner lot but noise not an issue for all traveler types (like us). House well stocked for food prep and hosts provide ample streaming options (very generous)! Would definitely recommend this property!

Great location!! Loved everything about this house.

We took our son for a quick trip to end Spring Break. The house was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the top patio and watched the sunset each night. Very convenient to everything. Wish we had more time. We raved to our friends and family and would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone lol.

We had a great time at this beautiful property. Location was wonderful and the whole place was very nice. Perfect place to be with family while visiting to watch our Grandson play college baseball against Flagler College.

House is within walking distance of downtown SA, the Fishcamp restaurant, distillery, San Sebastián winery and Common Grounds coffee shop. Love it’s proximity to so many great venues.

The property was very nice, but was quite a walk to downtown. Wish we would have known that it was going to be so crowded (Christmas Regatta). No parking, extreme traffic in and out of town, and 2 hour wait at all eating establishments. Glad we rented this place as it had plenty of parking. We spent most time here which made the trip more enjoyable.

Very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. So close to everything and it had lots to offer. I loved how each room had its on smart tv and spacious area.

Out of all the rentals we have stayed in in St Augustine, this is by far our favorite! Very clean, great location in Lincolnville. Close to all St Augustine has to offer. Wish there were a little more cookware (pizza pan, loaf pan) but overall had most everything we needed. The grill was great, the garage was a godsend since we brought our golf cart. Beds were comfy (the upstairs king is softer than the downstairs king and the twin beds are very firm). The boys loved having the top floor all to themselves. The showers have good pressure but the towels were a little musty. The road outside is a little busy, but the white noise machines were a great touch! The living room sectional sofa was comfy and the TV was huge! Overall an amazing stay and we would book again! Thanks Christine and Steve! You're place is beautiful!

This is our second time staying here, great location to downtown. We rent a golf cart which is located at the corner of Riberia and King for 24 hours and we are all over downtown. The house is located near St. Augustine Distillery and St. Augustine Fish Camp. It is clean and the downstairs primary bedroom was great for us, my daughter and kids had the entire upstairs. Would recommend. Hosts were very accommodating too!
