Lux Boho | Renovated | Family Friendly Home near Biltmore

This home was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location is central to many Phoenix areas. Several family members gathered after a Memorial service to eat, talk and play foosball. The house is well stocked and very clean.

Hot tub was great and we loved the game room! Kitchen was stocked completely and a lot of options for sleeping!

Great property! Was in the right location for us. Seamless experience. Lots of room, easily fit 2 couples and 3 extras. Only thing we didn't like were the NEST thermostats. I have never had one and none of us could figure out how to use them, so hard to regulate temperature. There was no manual or instructions on how to use them either. At least now I know I will never buy a NEST thermostat! :)

Great house in a great location. Had everything we needed for Thanksgiving holiday.

Property was recently renovated and is designed as a vacation rental and was clean on arrival. The bedrooms were generally comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub was very nice (but a lot of mosquitos in yard so beware) as were the game tables provided. On the downside, the furniture in the LR/Dining Room and Porch were cheap and not comforable. The TVS were VERY small, esp. the ones in the bedroom which were a silly size. The lighting was harsh so we either had bright blaring lights or were in the dark. The property is not managed by an owner but instead by a third party company who were cold at best and refused to make any reasonable accomodation for check out. Finally, trash barrels were missing with no explanation. Overall a decent rental but the owner/manager need to step up their game.

Perfect property for what we needed. Clean, quiet neighborhood, easy check in/check out. Lovely house!

We were in town for the weekend for a family wedding. Three couples and a single stayed in the home. We had plenty of space. Beds were very comfy! The location was great for our needs. Airport is less than 15 minutes away. Cute clean house! Great communication from host. Only downfall was the front door lock was broken so we had to use a key that was extremely difficult to use in the lock. Besides that everything was great!

We loved this house so much! Very well accommodated for everything you need. Even coffee to get you through a few days! The game room was as a super fun addition and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Great kitchen table for plenty of people to eat or play games. Decorated so fun! Plenty of space indoors and out! Highly recommend it. Also - property manager was quick to respond and super easy to work with.
