All flooring is either Rustic Oak Wood or Slate, all furniture is brand-new, as are all linens, towels, mattresses, etc. The first level has 9 foot ceilings; a 2nd Family Room with a ceiling fan and 65 smart TV with ROKU Remote; a Full bath with Natural Stone Custom Bath Tile and vanity with honed granite top, and a Mudroom/Laundry Room. A brand-new hot tub is available for an additional $100, offering the ultimate way to soak under the stars.

The second level has a Gourmet kitchen with Imported Granite Countertops and Island; a bedroom with a king-sized bed, a beautiful bureau, a ceiling fan, nightstands and lamps, wireless phone chargers, and additional USB inputs in each nightstand; a Full bath with Hand-Painted Tile Bath Tile and glass doors, and vanity with marble top; an Open concept dining area/family room with antler chandelier and plenty of seating, and family room with Custom Granite Stone Indoor gas fireplace with a beautiful mantel, ceiling fan, Tongue and Groove Pine Cathedral Ceiling, and 65 smart TV with ROKU Remote; and (3) sliders to an expansive deck with cable rail system providing amazing views, with Adirondack chairs and gas grill.

❗ Quiet hours are after 10pm, thank you for respecting our neighbors
❗ Must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
❗ Please take off shoes at the entrance
❗ Garage is for guest use.
❗ Please leave the home in the same condition you find it (return furniture to its original spot).

If any of these policies are breached we reserve the right to add a fee of $1,500 to cover damages.
