Lucky Bachelor 5 Min to Broadway

House was lovely. Very clean and well stocked.

Home was just as described. Communications were easy, and property was amazing. Guests enjoyed the hot tub, and ping pong table. Floor plan was open so much fun being able to entertain guests. I would highly recommend this property for you next stay in Nashville. Close to broadway for food and nightlife and other shopping options near by. Will definitely be back to stay again!

Great communication from host and nice property close to broadway would stay again

Excellent place with tons of space. Kitchen was great for cooking meals. Everything we needed. Location is not the greatest but safe.

The house itself was nice and generally matched the listing photos, however the location was extremely concerning and did not feel safe at all. Even multiple Uber drivers commented during our stay that the area was not considered safe and advised us to be careful.Unfortunately, on our third night, there was some type of street party taking place in the neighborhood surrounding the property. As we were arriving back at the house, multiple rounds of gunfire erupted nearby. We literally had to jump into bushes for cover while trying to get inside safely. It was terrifying, especially with all of our kids present.Police vehicles and flashing lights surrounded the house for hours afterward, and our kids were extremely shaken and unable to sleep the entire night due to fear and the ongoing commotion.Given the circumstances, we requested a late checkout the following morning simply to regroup after such a traumatic experience, but the request was denied, which was very disappointing considering the severity of the situation.While the home itself was nice, we would not stay here again due to the unsafe location and overall experience

House was very nice. The ping pong table was a great addition. Only downside was the hot tub was out of service. Other than that an amazing place to stay 10/10!

House was great! Fit a large group comfortably. House was a short car ride away from everything we wanted to do. The house is not in the best area, but we did not feel unsafe at any point, and I felt that there were a lot of safety measures in place to make us feel comfortable. Overall, very happy with this stay!

Very clean and nice home

Very clean, beautiful on the inside. Comfy beds and couch. Gated property so that was nice. Host good at communicating. Not walkable for a group of women, especially at night. Short uber/lyft ride to Broadway.

The host was great with communications and any concerns we had. The location is up and coming. You do have to drive or ride share to get to attractions. We didn’t have any safety issues while there but there is construction and further down the road there are some questionable neighborhoods.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient location to many areas of Nashville. As the description relayed, the neighborhood is jot suitable for walking but the home is very safe with gated parking.

Property was conveniently located to downtown. Hot tub was great, once we got the temperature turned up. Ping Pong table was fun. All rooms had ample closet space. Kitchen and Laundry facilities all wonderful.

Great stay

Lucky Bachelor was a great place and laid out perfectly for entertaining. The best part was the location. It was only a 5 minute uber ride to Broadway.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house was clean, updated, and spacious. Plenty of off street parking in secure area. Backyard with hot tub and relaxing deck with big screen TV. Easy access to Broadway St using Uber/Lyft. Will be back!

Great house, very clean. Was pet friendly. The fence back yard and back fence gat to park my vehicle were great. My dog enjoyed having the yard to run around without having to be on leash.

It was a great place to stay, especially for a group of friends. We had a blast and the communication was more than perfect. Every message I sent, was responded to almost immediately. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but we were totally fine. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The inside of the house was very clean. We came during storms, so I can’t speak for the yard. The beds are all very comfortable. While the house has all the amenities the listing states, things like the bedroom TV, the remote for the automatic gate, and the grill didn’t work well. Mildly inconvenient, but not deal breakers for me. Cushions on the outdoor furniture were not in good condition, even if they had been dry. The hot tub cover is waterlogged and very hard to maneuver. You’re expected to take out the trash and run the dishwasher when you leave, but there were not any dishwasher tabs or trash bags available to do so. There, were, however, many towels and enough extra rolls of toilet paper. More seating would have been nice. The neighborhood is a relatively short drive to most attractions, but you will be smartly instructed not to plan on walking in the neighborhood. Communicating with management was easy, but they aren’t local, so, while they are helpful and quick to respond, it seems there is little they can do. Overall, this house is aptly named as it is well suited for bachelors. I would recommend it to a group of guys or couples coming to Nashville for a long weekend.
