Lower RATES Private oasis pool &yard beach so close

Exceptional clean everywhere inside and out! Our hosts were so quick in their replies to any questions we had. Comfortable beds/great kitchen & lanai/fabulous heated pool plus so many extras in the garage (ex: bikes, beach chairs & totes, etc.). And the backyard is like your own private tropical paradise! We will definitely return!

The pool and location of this property were terrific! We enjoyed our stay, it was very comfortable and easy.

The private backyard and pool is amazing! There was great communication. Its’s less than two blocks to the beach and just a little further the other way to the bay. There is a fishing pier close. We had a great stay.

Very clean well appointed house. Walking distance to beach and shopping. Our teens especially enjoyed the pool. Mark and Lisa were very responsive

We are so lucky to have found this special gem in Melbourne Beach. The house is a slice of paradise with its own pool and a private backyard oasis. Lisa was a wonderful host with prompt communication before and during the stay. The house provided everything you need for a day at the beach, included bikes which we used to get around the downtown area. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!!

This was our third time staying in this home… that’s how much we love it! Everything is perfect: the decor, bedrooms, amenities, pool, patio / verandah, well-stocked kitchen, and more! Owners communicated quickly and were thorough in their directions and information. We highly recommend!

This house is awesome! Great location, nice quiet neighborhood walkable to the beach, the inter coastal, and a really nice playground. Beautiful backyard with a heated pool, which was such a hit. I would highly recommend and hope to return many times in the future.

Super house in a super nice area

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for the second summer in a row! The backyard is a bit of paradise. Hopefully be staying again next year.

This house was very clean and well appointed. The pool and porch were lovely, and the short walks to the beach and River are a real plus. Also it was super convenient to be so close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The hosts were great and made everything easy. Can recommend with enthusiasm! We will look to stay here next time we go back to the area.

This house had everything you could ever want or needed. It was immaculate in every way. The pool in the yard was quiet and a haven to just kick back and relax. The property is located within walking distance from the beach, river and restaurants. It is a jewel and the best vacation rental I have ever used. We will be back. We were the envy of all of our cousins at our family reunion. The hosts were available whenever needed and made us feel very welcome.

We had a wonderful stay at this immaculately clean, cute home. Everything we needed while away from home was provided here. The location is perfect to get to the beach, market and excellent pizza shop! The swimming pool is crystal clean and back yard is beautifully landscaped, private with options of a screened in porch with table and grill. Lisa and Mark were excellent hosts and responded quickly to any questions I had. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it.

Every aspect of our vacation experience was carefully considered, from well-stocked cabinets to various pool amenities. Each room is equipped with fans, and there are a variety of games, bicycles, and beach accessories available. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the pool is just the right size with ample seating, including shaded areas. We appreciated the quieter, non-touristy atmosphere of the area, which allowed us to unwind and spend quality time with family. Mark and Lisa truly pay attention to every detail and clearly have a passion for maintaining their property, which is evident as soon as you walk in.
