Lower Level Entry Home with private Patio & back yard.

This was more than we expected which is always quite nice. The hosts, the extra touch on the amenities, the decor, the privacy and more was much appreciated. We felt safe and quite comfortable at the property and the neighborhood overall. We would definitely stay here again when in Nanaimo.

This property was very clean, bed was comfortable, hot plate and dishes were supplied which was a bonus, it felt like home. Definitely recommend staying here!

This was our second stay here, we enjoyed it so much the first time! It’s very comfortable, private, with air conditioning during the heat wave. It’s easy check-in with nice welcoming touches. And a great location near walking trails and shopping. Great place!, we had another very lovely stay!

Clean, quiet, very attractive suite with lovely outside covered patio. We had a perfect two-day stay while on business in Nanaimo. Very quiet neighborhood, but still close to shopping and restaurants. Overall, an excellent stay—we will book here again in the future.

This place resembles nothing more than a high end suite at on of the new generation of modern hotels such as ALoft, except none of them have suites this well appointed, and none with such nice amenities or hosts. Great, safe neighborhood, just a lovely experience.

This property is super convenient for shopping and dining . It was very, very clean and the wine was a nice touch. The stairs were a tough journey especially with luggage as one of us has bad knees-lower level could have meant gently paved walk way . We are also used to a full kitchen and missed that. It was a very pleasant stay and the hosts are very easy to communicate with.

Susan and Paul are wonderful hosts. Very friendly and communication was immediate when making the booking and accommodating our arrival time. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and clean place and all the little added touches to make our stay pleasant. Thank you!

From the easy check-in to the welcoming wine and snacks to our check-out, every thing was excellent. Furnishings and fixtures were high quality, quality bedding and towels were very cozy (although we had no need of the bathrobes. We look forward to booking again on our next trip to Nanaimo.

Our daughter stayed here for a placement for school. Susan took extra care of her and her needs. Susan and Paul allowed us to visit and stay in the suite. Susan went above and beyond to ensure comfort and cleanliness and was so attentive to our needs. I would recommend this home and host to anyone needing to stay in Nanaimo - long term or short term. Susan and Paul are fabulous hosts. Loved being able to park on the driveway and because my daughter was there for 5 weeks they bought a mini freezer for her to store her food. Above and beyond! Thank you for everything you did!

Decor was very nice. Seriously lacked a proper kitchen, eg; washing dishes was hazardous, & not hygienic using bowl in bathroom. Prep of food was very limited, with just microwave & toaster oven. would work for

The hosts are amazing, prompt communication, well appointed amenities in a private and quiet setting. Our suite was very easy to find in a quiet neighbourhood with excellent parking and access. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, and we’d highly recommend Susan and Paul’s wonderful home.
