Stayed Apr 8, 2023We didn’t have Spring Break weather, but it enabled us to explore the area, and find things to do other than sit on the beach. We had a great time! New Smyrna is a perfect beach town with a lot to explore and do. The house was perfect for us! It had everything we needed as a home base! Check in was super easy, the owners were awesome! Loved the outside seating area, like our own personal garden.

Stayed Jul 16, 2022The property is within walking distance to the beach and a short car ride from Flager Street, where local short and restaurants are located. The property owners did a great job with the decor and special touches like a fresh lemon bun cake! Everything was very clean, and we had everything we needed during our stay. We would be back again.

Stayed Jun 27, 2022An outdoor shower would have been a plus but other than that, house was really good. I didn’t like that people fishing on beach were in same place as swimming but that’s a New Smyrna Beach thing I guess.

We were happy to find beach chairs that we could take with us to the beach too. The host always replied promptly to our messages. We hope to come back some day!

Stayed May 25, 2022To start off, the house itself is adorable with beautiful decor and the most comfy couch and beds. The location can’t be beat! It’s close enough to all the action but you get the benefit of no cars on the beach and the beach is just steps from the house. Coleman and Emily were incredibly helpful and left some amazing dinner recommendations. Don’t miss this gem!
