Lowcountry Lookout - An idyllic Charleston getaway

Cute place. Liked that the kitchen had a huge array of utensils and items to use. My daughter loved feeding the turtles off the deck. And even though the airport was nearby, really did not notice that much. Owners were quick with responses to questions.

Great place if you want a place centrally located between Charleston and Summerville. The only small complaint would be the airplane noise at night but you get used to it. Great place. Highly recommend

The house was clean; the bedrooms were comfortable , clean and inviting. The kitchen had all of the basics for simple meals.All of the appliances were clean and modern.The location is an easy drive into Old Town.Charleston , but we discovered that using Lyft was actually much less expensive than trying to find parking which was very expensive.Our hosts were easily accessible when we had a couple of questions. We highly recommend them

The house was perfect for our quick trip to Charleston. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location and enjoyed sitting on the deck.

Great facility and view

Place was perfect for our family of five. We loved seeing the lake and all the birds. Great location, close to town and my sister in Summerville. Host was wonderful with info and communication. Highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean and big enough for our large family! We spoke to the host a few times and response time was quick.

Everything you need is provided. Very quiet albeit close to an airport. Short ride to Charleston.

We really enjoyed our stay; the home was spacious and clean, and the small deck area overlooking the lake added a nice serene vibe. Check in was seamless and owners were great. The location so close to the airport and highway made it very convenient to restaurants, shops, and sights. There was some noise but each bedroom included a white noise machine and the beds were very comfortable so it was not an issue for us. Turtles were fun to see. Overall a great stay!

The place was great. There were a few things that needed touching up but nothing that took away from the wonderful experience. Our hosts were great and responded quickly. There is PLENTY of room and the home came equipped with everything. The little toiletry bags on the beds was an added plus that I have never seen. We would def stay again! Oh and did I mention the balcony overlooking the lake was icing on the cake and a beautiful way to start the day!

House was beautiful, very clean, we love the lake and enjoyed feeding the turtles right off the deck.

Beautiful home and great location in proximity to shops and eatery’s. My children loved feeding the turtles.

This rental accommodated our group perfectly- 6 females for a family, girls get together! Close to all the sights and shopping.

Great location in North Charleston. Townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. We especially loved sitting on the deck over the small lake each morning and evening.

The Townhome was perfect. My family stayed there to attend a wedding in North Charleston. The home was clean, very spacious and the beds where comfortable. We enjoyed fishing off the porch in our downtime and feeding the turtles. It was the perfect place for 6 adults.

The house was beautiful and spacious. We loved the view from the deck and all the turtles in the lake! Each room was set up very well, as well as the general living space. Even better than it looked in the listing!

Amazing property

The house was clean and the hosts were VERY responsive and extremely accomodating!! The morning view from the back porch was gorgeous Great location as it is very close to the outlets and within walking distance to the convention center, which is whwre our trip was centered on. The house is near traffic with lost of trucks passing, but the hosts have planned for this and had sound machines in each bedroom, which was top tier!! Also worth the mention that the house had both a pod and drip coffee pot! There were travel sized soaps, shampoo and lotions in each bathroom, a case of detergent pods for the dishwasher, and a few pods for the washing maching, which was a very appreciated. 20 min drive to Sullivans Island, which was a gorgeous sunset ride and such a clean beach. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay with family. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping, food, etc. Owners seem dedicated to ensuring your stay is an enjoyable one.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this beautifully managed property. The lake view from the deck was truly special and made for some unforgettable mornings and evenings. Its convenient location near Interstate 26 made access to downtown Charleston quick and easy, which was a huge plus for our outings. The house was well-maintained, and exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the beds were comfortable. The hosts were outstanding—responsive, friendly, and thorough in providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out, which made the whole process seamless. We highly recommend this property to families or anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Property was okay in that it had the basics,but nothing more. Sparsely furnished and very noisy and not the most comfortable beds. Airport is close by as well as busy roads.

Our stay was wonderful, our Hosts were very attentive to any little concern, responding almost instantly. We were only 20 minutes away from beautiful downtown Charleston. Various stores within a 5 minute drive from us. We packed a lot in during our 5 day stay, got to see all we wanted to see based on our retrip checklist!!

This townhouse was perfect for our group. Very nice people and very responsive. The house was super clean and pictures online were accurate. Loved the little touches such as toiletries and a few snacks!

Very nice place to stay. Close to all kinds of amenities. Food, entertainment, grocery stores, etc. Only about 7-8 minutes to downtown which is nice. Our kids loved feeding the turtles and ducks as well. Great communication and very accommodating.
