The accommodations were perfect for our family, tasteful and well laid out. We especially enjoyed the free bicycles. It is a little further from the beach than we might have liked, but the walk along the boardwalk is beautiful and pleasant. The kitchen is very well appointed and perfect for the big breakfast that we made while we were there. Highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place along 30A.

We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood. The whole family used the pickle ball and tennis courts, as well as the pool. The walk to the beach was a haul, but we expected that. However, what I was not expecting was the construction on the street we stayed. My morning coffee on the front porch was like being in the middle of a construction zone with skid steers, framers, porta-johns and construction trucks. I love this area in general, but it was not peaceful during the working hours of every day we were there…even Sat/Sun.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was as described, clean, spacious and a great location. When we arrived we noticed the golf cart wouldn't start. We contacted the rental agency who couldn't get anyone out there until Monday, so we basically lost two and a half days with the golf cart that we paid extra for, however, all in all the property was great.

The Grayton community was in a good location to visit neighboring towns yet offered less traffic and congestion like other beach areas we have frequented. The home was perfect for our family of 9. We will definitely be back!

There is a bit of a walk to the beach but much less crowded than Watercolor and Seaside. All in all the best house we have stayed at in 15 years of 30-A summer vacations.

Kids could ride the bikes to the blue mountain creamery; beach access was super easy in the golf cart. Downstairs living and kitchen were big and gave us ample room to make meals, watch tv, etc.
