I rent vacation rentals all the time and this one was the best ! The elevator made it so accessible for me to transport my daughter floor to floor. Best house yet !!!

Great stay as always. Stayed during the snow storm. Owner is always very responsive and allowed us to add an additional night which I am very glad we did. Don’t hesitate to rent any of their properties.

We very much enjoyed our stay! The property manager was quick to reply to our question and check in directions were super easy to follow. We traveled to ACNJ for a weekend long cheer competition and this was perfect for us and two other families. The house is fully stocked and clean. If we find ourselves traveling this way in the future we will look to stay here first!

We stayed at this beautiful beach house with our family and absolutely loved it, even though our trip coincided with Hurricane Erin! The house itself made up for the bad weather. It’s very spacious, with three master bedrooms and two additional bedrooms with their own bathroom downstairs that were perfect for the kids. The kitchen was huge and easy to cook in, and the two large dining tables made it so easy for all of us to gather together for meals.We had a group of nine (my family of five, my sister and her husband, and my parents), and everyone had plenty of room to spread out while still feeling connected. The fenced-in yard was gorgeous with bright green grass, and the multiple decks gave us space to relax and enjoy the surroundings when the weather allowed.Overall, it was the perfect house for a big family getaway. We made wonderful memories and can’t wait to return under sunnier skies!

House was well suited for three families. Elevator was a big plus! Close proximity to beach. Dishwasher’s dry cycle was not working. A small inconvenience. We were ok with it but owner was prepared to repair it after being contacted. All in all it was a great experience for our kids and grandkids. We would definitely consider returning!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and well-maintained. The elevator was a huge plus, making it easy for both older and younger family members to get around and especially helpful for bringing in luggage and groceries. Each bedroom having its own bathroom made it very comfortable for everyone. Although the house isn’t directly on the beach, it was an easy walk and we could still enjoy ocean views. The pool table provided a lot of fun in the evenings, and we appreciated the fenced-in backyard and the nice grill for outdoor meals. Overall, a great experience — we would definitely stay again!

We had a group of 7 to 10 adults in the house. It was very comfortable, plenty of room, 4 1/2 baths, and an elevator. The house was very clean. Some of us even commented on the scent and softness of the sheets! Definitely would be a repeat renter!

This property was lovely. Exactly as listed and lots of space. We enjoyed listening to the ocean while having our coffee on the upper balcony.

Wonderful house. Needs a little TLC in areas but nothing that will take away from your stay here. The house was so well supplied and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again

Beautiful and spacious home right by the beach, the pool table was a huge plus!

This property was an excellent choice for a group of senior ladies for several reasons. First and foremost, having an elevator running on all 3 levels was extremely important to use, especially those of us with orthopedic issues. All the beds were very comfortable, the entire house has loads of windows, decks and was very well equipped. Because of our large group, we were able to sit together around the dining tables and on the sofas and chairs in the living room. Two of the decks had sufficient chairs to accommodate all of us at one time. From the front decks you can see the ocean -- the house is just 4 houses away from the beach-- so its a short walk to a little bit of heaven. And if the sand and beach are not your forte, there is a sea wall running 1/4 mile long, lined with benches if you need to rest. Our hosts, Pat and John were available for any questions we had and responded immediately. We look forward to returning next year. Our thanks to our hosts !!!

The location of this property was perfect! So close to the beach and plenty of street parking. The home was very clean, albeit a little dated, but had everything you needed to have a nice stay.

Few minor glitches that were attended to in timely manner. Host gracious in accomodating us.
