My family (5 adults) just had a wonderful stay at this property. It is on a quiet small street, but very close to beach and downtown (different directions). The whole unit (on the first floor) is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the wifi works well. Parking on the street is pretty easy. Sandra, the site manager, is very responsive and communicates well. We definitely would love to stay here again when we visit Monterey Bay next time.

The house is very nice and is in an excellent location with easy walking access to the Monterey coastal trail and the dining and shops in Pacific Grove. And within a 20 min walk of the Monterey Aquarium on trails. I would highly recommend it. The main level of the house has been updated and the bedrooms, bathrooms and family room are very comfortable. The residents on the upper level were very quiet. Unfortunately, there were storms with high winds the first 2 nights of our stay that resulted in no wifi for a few hours and then no power on Xmas Day that would not be restored for 36 hours. So, rather than a relaxing Xmas Day, we spent time finding alternate accommodations, finding a gas station with power and coffee, packing everything up, and hoping for an early check in at our new hotel and then unpacking and getting a warm shower. None of this was the accommodation's fault, as a lot of PG and Carmel lost electricity. But, our 3 night stay in Monterey/PG was a lot more expensive and disruptive than planned. I would still highly recommend this lodging, especially if there are no storms or high winds in the forecast.

This property is amazing. Very clean and comfortable for a family of 5 adults. Kitchen well stocked. Welcome folder has lots of useful information. Modern upgrades all over the house. Very safe neighborhood and close to everything you need to enjoy a great stay. The host is very responsive and helpful. I definitely recommend this place and would stay there again.

It was really cozy and delightful!

This place was perfect for my son and me while we enjoyed a mini golf vacation playing some of the best courses on the Monterey Peninsula! The host was very receptive to our messages and responded quickly. The accommodations were perfect, clean, comfortable beds, nicely remodeled. We enjoyed the fireplace in the living room. We would certainly go back and stay here without hesitation.

This is my 3rd (or 4th) time staying at this property. It never disappoints. The cleanliness, amenities, and location are really hard to beat. I've previously stayed with my family, but this recent trip was with two girlfriends. It worked out perfectly.

We had a wonderful time in Pacific Grove and the weather was warm and sunny. The house met all our needs. It was so nice inside and the roses on the table added such a nice touch. We certainly will stay again when we come down to one of our favorite places.

Your house is adorable and so well maintained. The host had a bottle of Monterey wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. During this day, it was very to connect with the hell that answers very quickly. The location is perfect and within walking distance of restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as very short driving distances to get two the main attractions in Monterey. Will definitely go back and stay at this house again. It was a great girls' weekend.

We had an incredible time staying at this house. The size of the house was perfect for my wife and I and our 2 year old daughter. The house was even nicer than it looks in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. Everything worked perfectly. You can tell that the property owners take pride in this home with the cleanliness and attention to detail. We had been concerned about noise with the upstairs unit, but it was not an issue at all. We occasionally heard muffled footsteps but otherwise you would have thought we were in a single story home.You can't really beat the location. There's a really nice park with playgrounds about one minute walk down the street that my daughter loved. Lovers point is about a 3 minute walk. The street is quiet, we left the windows open at night and had no trouble with noise. There's no designated parking but we had no problem finding parking right in front of the house. We were looking at a couple different places before deciding on this house and I am so glad we chose this one. I would definitely recommend it.

Quiet neighborhood, convenient to Monterey for kayaking the aquarium, and dinner locations. Also, within a short walk to Pacific Grove main street. The kitchen was well equipped. We would stay there again.

House was great. Beds were cozy, house was spotless, towels were plush, and furniture was in great condition. We didn’t cook, since we were visiting grandparents in town who don’t enough room to accommodate our family of 4 overnight. But the fridge and fully stocked Kureg were much appreciated. Only downside was the noise from the otherwise quiet upstairs tenant walking around and running water at night and in the morning, simply because it’s an older home (more noticeable in the queen room than king). We had sound machines going in each room, and it was still very noticeable. I’m guessing they know this, since earplugs were provided in the very thoughtful welcome basket. Overall a great place to stay.

We were a party of three, two adults and a teen. We really enjoyed our stay here, the unit is very clean, really well organized and close to everything, an excellent center of operations! Downtown PG was right there for our dining out and shopping needs. Kayaking, biking, hiking in Point Lobos, visiting the aquarium and downtown Carmel, excellent visit!

With friends who live right down the road and Lovers Point in walking distance, this is our favorite spot for our family. Everything is always pristine and such a comfortable stay.

Wonderful location,super clean, well appointed. Front bedroom was cold at night with the door to the living room closed for privacy. One night the upstairs folks kept talking and what sounded like furniture moving after 10 pm. And we would stay there again

We stayed there for one night and really loved it. It worked really well for the 5 of us. We wished that we had more time and could fully taking advantage of its space and location.

We had a lovely stay at this duplex in Pacific Grove. Clean, as advertised. Close to downtown, Lover's Point and all of our favorite spots. Stayed for a few nights and this house provided everything we needed. We will be back!

This house is perfect. Clean, well stocked. Steps away from Lovers Point in a quiet, safe neighborhood. We loved the fireplace. You can walk to plenty of restaurants. Recommend Passionfish, Hops and Fog and Booklovers Cafe they all short walks from the house. Plenty of parking. Easy drive to Big Sur and Carmel. 15 minute walk to Cannery Row.

Great home for a relaxing stay in beautiful Pacific Grove!

My girlfriend and I found this cottage to be very cozy and comfortable! The photos are accurate as to the accommodations, and the property manager, Sandra was very personable and helpful during our stay. We felt very at home during our 5-day stay, and would definitely recommend this property to others visiting this area!

The home has extremely comfortable beds and furniture, and a well-stocked kitchen with a large variety of kitchen appliances. The location is quiet at night and is a short walk to the ocean to take nice strolls along the coast and is equally close to downtown PG to grab a bite. We were greeted with a nice touch- a bottle of wine and some chocolates. We will return.

Had everything we needed, great location. Clean and tidy place

This was a very comfortable home perfect for four people. Each couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen was well-equipped compared to most rentals. Having a washer and dryer was handy. There was easy street parking and we could walk to dinner, shopping, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium. We would definitely stay here again.

Due to a last-minute change of plans, we were looking to book a place for just 2 nights. What a treasure this home turned out to be. So thoughtfully appointed with every furnishing and detail, and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Communication was effortless; the home was fresh, clean and very inviting. And unlike so many others, the fireplace actually heats the living room, making for a very cozy space. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat. Thank you Sandra for a wonderful stay!

This was our second visit to this lovely home. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the Monterey Bay and all of its' attractions. The home is very well kept and the kitchen is large enough and equipped to be able to cook family meals. It's a delightful place!

We had a wonderful time in your quaint little home! It was well equipped and very clean. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Very good lighting, natural and otherwise. Loved the fireplace on a cool night. Used the washer and dryer too! A few recommendations would be to invest in a better sofa, have a few more wine glasses and coffee mugs, other than that all was great.

The property was as advertised. Beautiful renovated Victorian home in a nice quiet neighborhood close to downtown and the ocean. Easy access to highway 1, 17 mile drive. Great home base to explore what the area has to offer. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this property. I we ever come back we would use it again.

A great place to stay in Pacific Grove, easy walking to Lovers Point, Monterey Bay Aquarium, and great restaurants. An enjoyable getaway! We will come again!

This house served as the perfect home base for daily walking explorations of the wonderful restaurants, shops and Victorian neighborhoods in the area. We enjoyed different, delicious breakfast restaurants every day and never ran out of walking trails, antique shops and lots of wildlife all up and down the beaches. It was an easy walk to the Monterey Aquarium which was fabulous. So many great dinner options that we didn't really use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped. The whole house was spotless and the beds very comfortable. With this convenient location, we didn't need a rental car. We only used Uber 1 time to return from the north end of Monterey.

I took 2 13 year old’s to Monterey Bay Aquarium for a quick last summer horrah before starting school back up and I could not be more pleased that we found this cute, clean little property. I’ve stayed nearby before and was a little worried that we would have problems finding parking but the property is just far enough away from the action that there wasn’t a problem at all. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. The property was clean and cozy and had everything we would for our stay.

Booking this property was extremely easy through VRBO. The house was just as described and pictured. Extremely clean and beautifully remodeled. There's a great park that the kids enjoyed two minutes away by foot. All of your main Monterey attractions are within a five minute car ride. We highly recommend this house and neighborhood.

The location can’t be beat as it is within walking distance to everything in Pacific Grove and to the main parts of Monterey. The layout and amenities were also perfect for a family of 4, including some fun games, wine and chocolate. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our time at this home in Pacific Grove! You can walk anywhere from this home including Monterey Bay Aquarium. We enjoyed walking around the town and exploring the trail along the coast. We saw otters, seals, birds, and squirrels. This home has everything you need in the kitchen and plenty of towels and blankets. There were even some beach towels. This is a great place for quiet time.
