Lover's Point 6 - Pacific Grove Townhome - Oceanfront Lovers Point

The condo was clean and had many amenities! I wish we could have stay longer than a day! Below is picture of our view from the balcony

Unbeatable location.

First the positives: the apartment is modern, spacious with great views of the bay and Lovers Point and access to the coastal path for walks to Monterey Bay, bicycle and kayak hire over the road on the beach. Keyless entry and good wifi speed (50Mg), secure gated covered parking.Now the negatives, the balcony is northeast facing, so we only had the sun for two hours in the morning, it is quite thin so no room to eat a meal or entertaining, the patio shown in the photographs is a communal area at the rear of the property. There is considerable noise from the apartment upstairs as the acoustic insulation is poor so we could hear residents walking around upstairs - it seemed relentless until about 8pm then all went quiet. Proximity to the road, which is quite busy and a pedestrian crossing - so exterior noise too. The main bedroom on the ground floor, faces the pavement to the front of the property so there is zero privacy - we slept in the rear bedroom.Overall we had great time and loved the area.

Really gorgeous property in a great location. I appreciated the comfortable rocker in the living room where I could see the ocean while the baby took a lap nap. 4 year old loved collecting shells on the beach. We walked to the Beach House restaurant for a nice family dinner for our anniversary night. It was a splurge for us but loved being able to people-watch and see the ocean from the house!

This is our second time staying here, and we'll definitely be back. It's spacious, with great views and just across the street from awesome beaches for the kids. We love it!

This place has a lovely view of the ocean and is a beautiful home. It was easy to get to Lovers Point beach and a mile walk to the aquarium. There was a few small touches that would have made the stay more pleasant- there were no beach towels in the rental so we ended up having to buy some during our stay. There was also a lack of basic kitchen items in the home, like cooking spray, salt, and pepper. So prepare for that if you are planning on cooking while there. They had no laundry soap there so we had to also buy our own. Lastly, we had some very loud neighbors on top of us. There was almost 24-7 stomping, it was very unpleasant. I’m not sure if that was a permanent tenant or another family on vacation. Hopefully the latter. The property manager was quick to respond to emails and queries, and tried their best to respond to the stomping situation. I’d love to come back if some of the above small changes were made.

This was a great place to stay -- amazing view, and close to everything. We like to walk on the coastal trail, so this was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Nicely decorated, too. As others have said, there are stairs both getting into the unit, and within the unit, so just be prepared for that. We'll be back!

This is our 4th stay and we just love how spacious, comfortable, clean and modern it is. And the view is priceless!Two things: the downstairs toilet moves around because the caulking/seal is broken. Should be fixed. Also, the door to unit 6 hot water heater outside, mail level is won’t close. See you next time

Nice condo in a great location. Easy to walk to PG restaurants, coastal trail and Monterey Aquarium. Perfect spot for active people.

What a great place to stay. A nice 2 bdrm condo/apartment just across from Lover’s Point. The Living room space is unmatched to any we’ve stayed before. The view is breathtaking. Accommodations were very nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Bedrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. We definitely will be back. Correspondence with Kyle was always fast and easy with any questions. Thank you.

If one were to look up the real estate definition of Location, Location, Location, THIS property would be used to accurately define the meaning! While Lover's Point itself is an attractive destination for locals and tourists, this condo gives you a front seat view!! The condo itself was comfortably appointed including both beds. The parking was convenient and secure, as was the property itself. And the immediate surrounding offerings were all very close including walking distance to Old Town PG, easy access to Cannery Row eateries and attractions, as well as, walking/hiking trials and 17 Mile Drive/Pebble Beach resort properties. Heck Carmel-By-The-Sea is only 18 minutes away. Everything about this property was welcoming, relaxing and pretty much perfect. However, there's always one thing...the TV's operation were a bit confusing as there weren't any directions, and 1 of the 3 wouldn't connect at all. I must admit that I wasn't there to watch TV, as one would want to enjoy the waterfront view but this feature could have been better. I would definitely rent this property again!!!

Amazing views of the ocean and lovers point. Nice kitchen and comfy beds. End unit was easy to access and amazing view (which I already said but it warrants repeating), the view is amazing.

The 2 level condo was perfect. The location was great. I even heard whales passing by in the ocean. I would stay again.

Beautiful location and very clean. Living room and balcony have an amazing view of the bay that we really enjoyed. Many things to do within walking distance.

My daughter, grandsons and I stayed at the Pacific Grove VRBO. We had an excellent stay, the accommodations were clean, had plenty of dishes, pots etc. for my family to stay comfortably. The location was perfect, with a great view from the living room and balcony. I appreciated the dedicated parking, and while it wasn't super spacious it allowed us to have parking without trying to find a spot on the crowed side streets. My communication with our host was excellent and all information was provided in a timely manner so we could have access to the property for our stay. I would definitely book this property again for a future stay in Pacific Grove.

great location park the car and didn't use for a few days walked and biked everywhere

We had a great stay for my husband's 70th birthday. Located across the street from the Monterey Peninsula Regional Trail, we brought our e-bikes and enjoyed the opportunity to cycle along the ocean. The condo is perfectly sized for four people, although it was just the two of us. We would definitely come back.

Great location, beautiful views from upper living areas. All access codes and instructions were communicated clearly. Would rent this unit again!
