Lovely, Well-Maintained Cottage, 5' minute walk to Lake

This is our favorite place to stay in Lakeside! The cottage is just perfect and we look forward to our trips so much! The owner is always very communicative and attentive. The home is located in a quiet spot with easy access to the lakefront. We will return as often as possible!

We had a wonderful visit to Lakeside again! This was our second stay at this cute little cottage. We loved having our coffee every morning in the sunroom before we headed out to play some pickleball. The owners were very prompt in answering our questions and super nice! We're already looking forward to staying again next year!

House was lovely, location ideal. The matter with the tree very alarming. I would love to hear the outcome of the decision about the tree.

The house was in an ideal location to take advantage of all that Lakeside had to offer. It was a short walk to the pool , the lake and Hoover Auditorium. The home was very clean, well equipped and the owner was very responsive to our needs.

Wonderful stay in this lovely cottage! Impressively clean, with very thoughtful touches throughout. The layout was also perfect for my kids (early risers) to sleep in bedrooms set apart from my husband (who is a light, late sleeper). The sunroom made for a great gathering place for me and kids (7 and 4) while my husband worked on his laptop from the other side of the cottage. WiFi was strong from the desk/living room and allowed my husband to take video meetings. Bathrooms organized with spare toiletries to use in a pinch, which was so kind! I made meals in the well appointed kitchen, efficient layout and lots of countertop surface for meal prep and stashing snacks. Excellent, perfectly central location within Lakeside! Highly recommend for family of 4!

I enjoyed this beautiful home last February, so wanted to take my Grandkids to enjoy. We had a great visit. Unfortunately the pool wasn't open too cold. Also wascshocked about a 256.00 Gate fee as in February no fee. I felt like the amount should of been disclosed. I would rent this home again, as its a beautiful place & owner was always in touch when I asked him ?? LOVED IT, HOPEFULLY NEXT VISIT WILL ENJOY THE POOL TOO!!

Wonderful weekend enjoying family time!

This beautiful home, located right in the center of Lakeside, has everything you’ll need. We enjoyed the beautiful views, parks, restaurants and shopping. A very relaxing stay!

We came to the area on a birding trip. This house was just what we needed to make it an enjoyable experience. The house was very clean, had all the amenities you need is in a quiet gated community near Lake Erie. Stephen was out of town when we were there but his son was great in answering the questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again on another trip to the area.

Beautiful, clean home definately will book again. The Host was very helpful.I Love the Marblehead area as my parents had a boat & I spent many years boating with them & have so many fond memories of area. My mom passed away young,she loved the Lighthouse it was her happy place. So I visited all her favorite places , so enjoyed the beautiful home & fireplace will book in the summer time!!and just realy enjoyed my stay. twants

Loved the sunroom

This was our third stay here. As always, clean and perfect. Small, but appreciated items: We love that there's a drip Mr. Coffee maker, as we drink this type of coffee first thing in the mornings, and a hot water pot for our evening tea. There's also a Keurig coffee maker for those who prefer it. Everything you'll need is in this lovely house. After a day of Lakeside and area adventures, we enjoy evenings in the sunroom, watching old TV shows. The electric fireplace is perfect for warmth and coziness, then it's off for a good night's sleep in the comfy beds. The location is quiet, great for walks around Lakeside, and easy drives to restaurants and the island ferries. Stephen is quick to reply and extremely kind. Thank you, Stephen. We'll be back!

The home was great in so many ways; clean, spacious, good location, excellent price, and the owner was very helpful.

This house is very clean and comfortable with the perfect location inside Lakeside. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need. It also has shuffleboard sticks and discs and pickle ball and tennis equipment. The owner Steve is very nice and easy to communicate with.
