Stayed Aug 10, 2025Check in was very easy. The property owner kept in great communication with specific instructions. This little waterfeont place had everything we needed, including onsite parking, wifi, and kitchen essentials. A short drive to Miller's Ferry to Put in Bay. We met the owner on the first day and he was so friendly and welcoming.

Stayed Aug 4, 2025Pretty nice place for the price. The boat ramp right next to the cottage in the boat dock right behind the boathouse. Those were huge pluses. The advertisement was horrible in that it didn’t point out that the ramp was literally right next to the cottage. That should be a Big Feature in the ad.Only two negatives. Quite a few little ants, crawling all around in the bathroom. Need to have an exterminator spray. Other than that, the dock for the boat was pretty bad. No cleats to tie up the boat. Built way too high out of the water. I made it work, but it was a pain in the butt.The views were great. The overall cleanliness of the place was good. HVAC worked great.

Stayed Oct 2, 2024Very relaxing stay at the Boathouse at Rock Harbor Cottages. The owner Brad was very friendly. We spent the majority of our stay there outside enjoying the views. Would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024From oversized tub to gorgeous views and scenery, it was a perfect getaway for my husband and me. The weather was also perfect, which helped! The place is small, but very well organized, and very comfortable, and literally three steps from the water, we brought our kayak and enjoyed the personal dock. Owners were very responsive, responsive to our communications.
