Lovely typical Sicilian little house in historical center steps from the port

My little house is decorated and kept with love and care. I love my guests to feel at home and to treat them with a basket of fruit or something similar when they arrive. They will also find some basic supplies in the kitchen (which I'd like them to replace before they leave). I request them to treat my home like their home. Guests are allowed to use the equipment available in the kitchen and the washing machine. Manuals explaining the use of appliances are in the cabinet next to the kitchen.If something is broken, please let me know and replace it-so your security deposit won't be used. I expect my guests to be mindful of the usage of water, gas and especially electricity. Make sure to turn off the gas stove when you are done cooking and turn off water heater after use.
AC/Heat Pump: Please note that during the summer months there is a 5 euro charge per day for electrical expenses (AC) which will be automatically applied when booking. IMPORTANT: keep doors and windows closed when AC is on. TURN OFF air when going out.
The house is on two levels and it may not be suitable for toddlers. Please ask. As a general rule, no charge for babies. Children occupying second bedroom are counted as guests.
(Durante i mesi estivi sarà richiesto un contributo di 5 euro al giorno per spese di elettricita'/Aria condizionata che verranno automaticamente addebitate al momento della prenotazione. IMPORTANTE: tenere finestre e porte chiuse quando l'aria condizionata e' in funzione. Spegnere l'aria quando si esce.
Ricordarsi di spegnere e chiudere la bombola quando si e' finito di cucinare e di spegnere lo scaldabagno quando non si usa.

Please make arrangements to arrive no later than 8pm. After business hours and week end reception may entail an extra charge.
Please note:
- No smoke (vietato fumare in casa)
- No pets (no animali)
- No parties (no feste)
- No moving furniture (no spostare mobili)
- Required before departure:
--dispose of all garbage (portare via spazzatura)
--strip the beds (disfare i letti)
--put laundry in washing machine (mettere biancheria nella lavatrice)
--leave house in order (lasciare casa in ordine)
--lock the door and leave keys where you found them. (chiudere la porta chiave e lasciare chiavi dove le avete trovate).
--Important! Turn water heater off and turn air conditioner and all lights off! If not turned off, there may apply a charge from the security deposit.
(Importante! Spegnere lo scaldabagno, il condizionatore e tutte le luci! Se lasciati accesi ci puo' essere un addebito preso dal deposito cauzionale.
La casa è su due livelli e potrebbe non essere adatta a bambini di due/tre anni. Per favore chiedete. In generale, i babies soggiornano gratis. I bambini che occupano la seconda stanza sono contati come ospiti.
