Lovely Two-Story Home with Porches, Access to Pool & Dock

Beautiful home - very clean in an excellent neighborhood. We had ten people. Could have used more bath towels and facecloths. Also extra towel rods or hooks in master bath for towels. Access to hose to rinse off beach toys! Otherwise, wonderful!

A little disappointing, I feel like I paid top dollar to be in a nice area. The neighborhood and house were nice. But, the house just was not setup for 10 people. Not much furniture in the rooms except for beds so we had to just live out of the suitcases. There were not even enough chairs for ten people. We had to use the beach chairs in the closet. I had to go buy trash bags, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, bug spray, bath soap, hand soap for the bath rooms, spray cleaner, and beach towels. The microwave and range were not clean so I had to clean the kitchen before I went grocery shopping. I did not clean them before we checked out. We were provided a small sample soaps for the bathroom- for ten people is was used within a day and half. To top it all off, the beds had bugs and there was no cable. This house is just not equipped to to rent at high end. My family members made the most of it and we had a good time.

Great Property! The property is located near beach with community pool within walking distance. Quite neighborhood and the kitchen was above my expectations.

The kids loved riding bikes to the pool. I wouldn’t suggest riding them to the beach because of a busy roadway. There is a nice back porch with a grill and patio table. Great house, quiet neighborhood. Enjoyed the dock and closeness to beach. Management was quick to respond with any concerns. Loved the closet of beach umbrellas, sand toys, fishing poles, beach chairs etc! It was so nice to have all these for our beach days! Bikes are older (were dirty-I spent time cleaning them ) and some rusty, so we didn’t use them in the end. Some kitchen utensils some are broken and some rusty knives. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

This house is a bit off the main strip of Rosemary Beach. But we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. It was about a mile bike ride to Rosemary Beach shopping and dining. The pool and dock were wonderful and our kids enjoyed swimming and jumping in the lake. The house is just a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a great section of beach which is more quiet than some of the places on 30A. The house was clean, well-stocked with beach items and kitchen items. We would go back in a heartbeat. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the location to beach, rosemary, shopping and Panama City.

It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located near the public access to the beach (5 min drive) and to the grocery store (8 min drive). We only wish the property had a grill. If you rent this property and go to the beach use the far right side of the public access. It is a reasonable walk from the parking lot to the beach and was the least crowded.
