We are so excited to share our Townhome at River Run! Nestled on Wood River Drive next to the bike path, this is one of the most exceptional locations in Ketchum. In three minutes walking down a secluded path, you fly fish. Several more minutes and you're at the bridge across from River Run lodge... where you can ski, hike Bald Mountain Trail, listen to a band, or have a drink. As close to ski in ski out as you can get!

Stayed Feb 12, 2026Lovely townhome in an excellent location, between the River Run area (which has a lift and a gondola) and the town of Kechum. The shuttle stop is immediately outside the unit and it’s a 4 minute ride to the lifts. The home was well appointed, beds were comfortable, and the wood burning fireplace and hot tub were excellent after a day of skiing. Communication with homeowner Emily was excellent - she is very responsive. We really enjoyed our stay … thank you!

Stayed Dec 20, 2025This is my favorite place to stay in Ketchum. The location is great and the kitchen has everything needed to make great meals. The private hot tub is a total bonus. Walking to lifts is as close as you can get. As always thanks again

Stayed Dec 29, 2025The host was very responsive and helpful with some minor issues that occurred during our stay. The condo is very nice and spacious. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped if you want to cook. The hot tub is enjoyable after skiing. It’s a short scenic walk to the river run base area. Almost as close as walking from the parking lot. It’s also close enough to walk in to town if you want or to a bus stop. We had a rental car, but one could manage here without it. Overall a lovely stay

Stayed Jan 10, 2025Our first ski trip to Sun Valley! We loved the proximity to Bald Mountain! A relaxing walk to the slopes. The condo provided plenty of space our family of 4 adults and two small children. The cozy fireplaces and large hot tub kept us warm especially coming from Southern CA! Lol We enjoyed the charming community and we’ll definitely rent again! Thank you kindly!
