Welcome to our townhome at Hideaway Village Lenado 4.
Renovated unit with private patio and 2 private decks, forest and river views. This unit has tri-level interior and will sleep up to 6, on the free town shuttle and is located in a quiet Winter Park neighborhood and close to many outdoor hiking, biking, snowshoe and cross country trails. Ideal mountain getaway for couples, singles or small families and groups.
The main entrance to the unit is on the ground floor with a large privatepatio that overlooks the surrounding forest and river views. The main floor has hardwood flooring and open floor plan to encompass the living, dining and kitchen areas and is accented by a large amount of south-facing windows. In the living room, guests can relax and enjoy the wood burning fireplace, flat screen television and there is a full-size futon for extra sleeping accommodations. The adjacent dining area provides easy access between the living and kitchen areas and will seat up to four guests. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets, countertops and appliances to help make meal preparation a breeze. Also on this level, is a half bathroom and the washer and dryer.
The second level of the townhome has a small landing area and access to the full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, vaulted ceilings and a half wall that overlooks the main living area below and access to a private deck.
The top floor of the townhome has the primary bedroom with vaulted wood ceilings, king-sized bed and access to the third private deck. Please note that this king bed can be converted into 2 twin beds if you need extra bedding options.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, streaming services only for television, washer and dryer, 2 private decks, fully equipped kitchen including all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note that firewood is not provided for the fireplace - guest must provide their own.
Parking - Outdoor parking is available for two vehicles. They must park in tandem in front of the door
Located ⅔ of a mile from downtown Winter Park on the free town shuttle so you can enjoy a variety of shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Many year round activities include world-class skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, concerts, and festivals. The bus stop is conveniently located across the street, providing free access to all of Winter Park!
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
