The views were gorgeous and the kids loved all the games that were available for us when we were there. Close to a supermarket, Starbucks, water park, and a quick drive to the boardwalk.

The home was nice and very clean. The 3 season room overlooking the pond was beautiful. However I had teens and the home is in a 55+ community about 15 minutes from town so we had to drive to give them something to do. I would love to return with my girlfriends. This would be a perfect get away if you want a quiet relaxing place not far from restaurants.

The house was better than listed. It had everything we needed, was clean, and the location was perfect to the beaches. The community pool was friendly and very accommodating. The house is one that we will book again!

This was a wonderful quiet community with very nice neighbors. It’s close enough to the beach to do all of the things that make Rehoboth/Lewes such a great vacation spot, but far enough to give you some quiet time when you want it.

A lot of good in this place!! Location was great, tucked away from the main strip but easy to get to, and easy to get to everything at Lewes. Lots of amenities, enjoyed the pool and the gym etc. Lots of space in the house with beautiful outdoor areas. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen is well enough stocked, good bathrooms, great garage with tons of games and activities which was a great added bonus and thoughtful! Some not great stuff - holy moly, SO.MANY.RULES. When they say no linen service they mean NOTHING. Other than bedspreads there were no sheets, no towels, no paper towels, nothing to do the dishes with, nothing. And, the list of rules for when you check out is pretty long...., all dishes done, the dishwasher run and emptied before you leave, you have to strip all the beds anyway to take your sheets back home with you but then they instruct you to remake all the beds. all the garbage has to be pulled, and they actually ask you to vacuum and sweep the floors. Oh, and by the way, you get to do all of this while you pay a cleaning fee and of course get checked out of the property by 10:00am. Lastly, (and this was pretty annoying), at the end of the trip we were instructed to bring back keys to the property office, (which was completely out of the way for us). The kicker is..., there is keyless entry to the house - there were no keys to return, totally unnecessary to have us drive out of our way. TL / DR - bottom line - great property, great price, great location, limited customer service.
