Stayed Apr 27, 2025It was fine but not worth the hassle to rent. They want background checks, lengthy rental agreement paperwork, etc. it is clear the HOA does not want the owners to rent especially if you have a work vehicle.

Stayed Dec 1, 2024The property had some issues due to the 2024 summer hurricanes that required the host cooporation to address those issues which she mostly repair so we can stay safely for tge few months we booked.
