Unlike too many vacation rentals, Karen’s house feels authentic and personal, in a beautiful setting a short walk from a small beach. The biking, kayaking, beaches, and food are all big highlights for us around Chatham, and Karen’s house is a wonderful home base for each, including a full garage for our bikes and a convenient spot to keep kayaks near the water. Stayed Jul 27, 2024We stay in this house every summer - it’s been so many summers in a row that I have lost count! It’s the perfect house and perfect location for us. Steps from the water (and a view of it), close to town, and Karen is the best - super friendly and responsive. Already booked again for next year! If you are looking for a comfortable and cozy place with a glimpse of the water and the convenience of being close to town, this is your place!

Stayed Jun 22, 2024An awesome house on a great property. The access to the private beach is what I was excited about and it exceeded all expectations. So much so that we barely went to other beaches and it was a quick walk to jump in the water and refresh. Great part of town too. Will try to come back next year!
