My siblings and I really enjoyed our week at this house. It has an open concept with some cozy sitting areas; we especially liked the one in the kitchen/dining area. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time hanging out in and around it. We put the outdoor ping pong table to good use with a family ping pong tournament. The house was well stocked with everything we might need. The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. They wrote up a guide for the house and a list of local places; both were helplful in making our stay carefree and enjoyable. We’ve rented quite a few houses over the years and this one ranks as one of the top. Thanks Kay-Lin and Zak!
We truly enjoyed our stay at Zak and Kay-Lin's lovely home. After driving down a long wooded driveway, we discovered a beautiful hidden oasis in a location that was an easy drive on back roads to both East Hampton and Amagansett. Our extended family enjoyed mainly hanging out at the house relaxing on the deck and by the pool. The house has a cool vacation vibe and is very comfortable. Everything you need for a beach visit is provided too and the beaches are beautiful -but due to town parking restrictions best to get rides or uber to the local beaches. We were lucky enough to have super weather, but our one drizzly day led us to the East Hampton movie theater and the Wolfer Estate Vineyard- great rainy day activities! Be sure to visit Balsam Farm for some of the best corn and tomatoes in the area- and the Springs General Store in the morning for coffee and sweet treats. Montauk and Sag Harbor are also easily accessible- Highly recommend this inviting home!
Kay-Lin is a great host. Everything was seamless. Clean, comfortable. Main area of house is open with an indoor/outdoor feel when the weather is nice. Unfortunately, we didn't have great weather, so didn't use the pool, but it looked very inviting! I would recommend this house for groups or large families!
The house and property were amazing. Kay-Lin and Zak were excellent hosts and the home/neighborhood guide they left was thorough and so helpful. The home had everything we needed and this was a very convenient location for early season in The Hamptons. Such a lovely home and we truly enjoyed our stay - I hope to rent this property again! Thanks for a great weekend.
The house is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Thank you for a perfect Memorial Day weekend.
The house was great, open, clean and welcoming. Great for a big family. The owners were super helpful and responsive when we had questions throughout the week. Just 5 mins from East Hampton and Amagansett. Highly recommend it!
The house is beautiful. It is spacious and well kept- there was everything from beach toys, umbrellas, kids goggles to plentiful amount of towels. We didn't have to go looking for anything or felt like we forgot anything because the house had plenty for us to borrow from. The owners are great people and communication was always there - even tho we didn't really need it because everything was accessible and self explanatory. The kids loved the pool and the swing set! They played outside most of the time! The house is spacious, clean and everyone had a fantastic time! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thank you, Zak and Kay-Lin!
The house was lovely. There was plenty of room for our large group to stretch out. The owners were very responsive in answering our questions and addressing any concerns. We also enjoyed watching the deers which come onto the property each day. However, visitors should be wary of the pool. It has a steep drop, over 5 feet, which we found out the hard way.
Very accommodating to guests
First thing our group said after walking in the house was Wow. We Had an amazing weekend there. Communication with Kay and her husband was quick and easy to deal. Great spacious deck, heated outdoor pool, excellent barbecue and utensils. Kitchen appliances and stove were a show apart. All bedrooms had comfy beds and were tide clean and organized for us. Well decorated house too, loved its light decoration/lots of outdoor light it had during the day given big windows. Plus is the privacy & quietness given spacious outdoor lawn area. Easy check-in/check-out with the keys too. House instructions / towels / bed sheets, everything was set up and worked smoothly. Great speakers / music set up! Board games also a plus. Different seating areas outside and inside the house. Quick drive to tour around montauk lighthouse / brewery / beaches. List of positivies goes on. Couldn't be happier with this experience. Its definitely AAA+ to return! Thanks Kay!
