Beautiful, spacious, immaculate, home on quiet block

House was just as described. Beautiful and Clean!

Location and accommodations were both excellent. Owner went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Convenient to both Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wonderful home and experience. Rich (the owner) was so kind, gracious and easy to work with. House is great - perfect setting for any family get together. My husband, daughter, son in law, and 17 month old grandson spent 5 nights over the Christmas holiday. House is so well equipped for any and all types of entertaining; fabulous kitchen for preparing/ serving meals, cozy gas fireplace for lovely and easy ambience , plenty of space for everyone to spread out, tons of toys/games for children and adults, 5 minute drive to Main St Sag Harbor, most of all, house was warm and welcoming - did not feel like a “rental” at all. We loved our stay, in fact our daughter and family decided to stay a few extra days they loved it so much! Highly recommend this property - we will be back! Thank you Rich.

This was a fabulous accommodation for large groups. Felt more like a home than a sterile rental property. Richard was super helpful. Would definitely come back.

House was super clean with lots of space. Great place to stay for a large group. We loved the kitchen, swimming pool, and game room. Our kids loved it too because of the pool, playground, and toys in the game room. A quick drive to Sag Harbor and East Hampton.

Our family of 4 (kids 4.5 and 2.5) had a great time with room for grandparents, too. House was well laid out and in great condition. Pool and swing set were very popular and toys were available for kids - but also could easily be hidden in cabinets/closets. Great location off 114 (so quiet) and split between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. Highly recommend.

Very spacious well-kept home with great facilities. Enjoyed the pool, basketball court sonos sound system and even played in the street out front of the house since it was without traffic like a cul-de-sac. the location of the house is one of favorite was easy access to Sag Harbor East Hampton and Bridgehampton three of our favorite towns Hamptons. Rich was a fantastic host always available to answer questions and made sure that we had everything that we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful house. The house had every amenity we could have asked for and the hosts made us feel right at home. The house was spotless and very well maintained yet also very kid friendly. Our children really enjoyed the large rec room with Nintendo Wi and the closet full of toys. The pool was really nice and the outdoor setup was amazing. We got great use out of the oversized grill and huge outdoor dining table. The outdoor furniture was really nice and could accommodate many guests comfortably. The hosts went out of there way to make sure everything was great and were very accommodating. We would absolutely rent here again.

We spent over a week at the Gallagher home and it was nothing short of amazing.The house is perfectly located mid-way between Sag Harbor and East Hampton. It had practically everything we could have asked for, including wifi, both indoor and outdoor music, and fresh linens and towels. The backyard had a beautiful pool and great outdoor furniture. The house was also very kid friendly, stocked with toys and televisions, which my five year old twins thoroughly enjoyed. They particularly loved the playground set with a slide and swings located on the side of the house. The owners were delightful and extremely easy to deal with. They were responsive and sincerely interested in making our stay the best it could have been. I cannot say enough about this wonderful property. We had a fantastic time and I would absolutely rent this home again in the future.
