Stayed Dec 25, 2025Very simple check in/check out. Had everything you would need and lots of room for the kids to spread out. Reasonably priced and loved all the games available for the kids. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were spacious. Amazing ocean view from all rooms. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 16, 2025Excellent location with a terrace offering superb ocean views. The house is comfortable, spacious, equipped with every comfort, and well-maintained. A large double garage is included. Just a few minutes' drive from the town.

Stayed Jul 22, 2025Location and view were amazing, parking and check-in were easy, check out process was very doable and reasonable. I really loved the laundry room with sink by the garage door for cleaning off sandy shoes easily, etc. would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025The house is located perfectly in a quiet part of rockaway with stunning views. Having been recently remodeled, it was very clean and fresh. The bathrooms especially stood out for the tile work, it makes a huge difference. The real start of the show is the view, absolutely stunning. As we were there in March the weather was pretty terrible for outside activities. Having an ocean view of that caliber, where you can hear the surf makes the coast enjoyable every minute of you stay despite the weather.Well done!

Stayed Jul 4, 2024We had a really great vacation staying in this house. It looked just like what was pictured and was even better in person. Nicely decorated and furnished space, comfy beds, soft sheets, extra blankets and pillows, kitchen well stocked, huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom that our toddler and 4 yr old loved to hang out and sleep in, fun hanging chair, soft carpeted floors, roomy showers, cleaning supplies, board games...everything was great. We had a small issue with the bathroom sink being clogged when we arrived, and the owner was super responsive to our texts and got it fixed asap. She was very welcoming, transparent, and clear in her communication / texts, which I really appreciated and helped make things go smoothly. Would recommend this house to anyone!
