Lovely pool house with canal view!

We came in from NY for a funeral. The house was in walking distance of the family that lives on the same road, so the location for us was ideal. The space was the perfect size for our needs. My son slept in a single room and felt the bed was too stiff for his back, but that is a personal preference. The master suite is nice and spacious and perfect for me to just jump right into the pool. The pool was a great relief from the hot weather.I would suggest to the owner to include a remote to turn the ceiling fan lights on and off, without having to turn off the fan. In the master suite, it's too high to pull the cord so there was no light. Overall, I would stay here again. If you catch the lobster food truck at the end of the street by the ice cream place, I highly recommend that. And the beach is only 10 minutes away, go for a morning walk!

The house was clean and as described, but not one bedroom had a dresser or anywhere to set/organize your luggage, so plan on living out of the suitcase. Owner was attentive when issues arose, but the language issue made it difficult to relay exact details. This house has tons of potential with some small attention to details.

Easy, good location, responsive owner.

Place lacked bureaus. Had broken towel rack. Kitchen/breakfast area tile floor severely damaged and covered in area rugs. Furniture run down. Bugs including roaches. Treated 5 times still there when we left Many fixtures with burnt out bulbs no garage door opener no barbecue grill But empty propane cylinders in yard. All windows had sheer Ill-fitted shades or curtains. Only breakfast area had inexpensive Roman shades. Still has a non working great rm fan.

We loved our stay. It was a perfect location close to shops and the beach!

We enjoyed our stay at Broadmoor - such a nice home and the pool area was a plus.

We rented this property during the month of august while we waited for our new home to be ready. Location is great and pool was very nice to use.

The neighborhood is great and we enjoyed the pool. When we arrived I could not get a response to know how to check in. After messing with the key holder we found that the code was set to 0 and no code was needed. We went inside and the kitchen wasn’t cleaned. There were Fingerprints and grease on the countertops and appliances. The garbage disposal did not work at all and backed up from the dishwasher several times during the week. The guest bathtub drained very slow which resulted in standing water during a shower. The large fan in the LR didn’t work and made a grinding noise. My emails to the manager/owner were not responded to at all during the entire week. I still haven’t heard from her. We are very low maintenance and brought ALL of our soap (hand and dish), paper towels and TP. We stayed in a VRBO in Cape Coral last summer and had a very different experience. Wouldn’t stay here again.

A lovely 3 BD space Just wish all the fans worked. It was very humid Nice to have the pool All good appliances. Very clean and nice layout Just bring your own supplies and food and enjoy your stay Host was easy to communicate with about everything.
