Lovely oceanfront home with balcony, central AC, & washer/dryer

Brought back a memory for my aunt had not been in thirty years place was awesome

Not Oceanfront !!! This is False advertising. This property is across the street from the ocean with a row of houses between the property and the ocean. See the picture I’ve attached. Furthermore you could not access the beach directly across the street but rather had to walk 1/2 mile down the road to a public beach or pay 40 a day to park (get there early, lot fills up). Two flights of stairs to the main living area got real old too. Vacasa is the management company. They tried to argue it is indeed oceanfront. See the picture, clearly not oceanfront. Ocean view would be accurate. So Vacasa would do nothing to make this right despite my complaints. So I’ll be sure to avoid Vacasa for future stays. Otherwise the place was fine, very clean and spacious, nice ocean views. We could have lived without swarms of yellow jackets in the bushes out front.

Loved the location of this rental! Beautiful deck for catching sunsets over the marsh, a short walk to the beach, and close to lots of restaurants and things to do. We loved the open layout of the top floor, and there was plenty of room for sleeping on the second floor. Great board game selection at the house too! We ran into an issue with the grill and A/C and Vacasa and the owner were very responsive and quick to resolve. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful house ! Very comfortable beds and showers were nice ! Well stocked kitchen . Does not have Cable or satellite Tv, streaming services only . Great location for ease going to the grocery store and very good restaurants .

This house was beautiful ! The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes . The showers were nice with good water pressure . It was very clean and tidy . Enjoyed the front and back balconies . The kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to beach . Best beach in Wells . I would definitely stay there again .

House is lovely in a gorgeous location. Perfect for a family get away.

We booked this house mainly due to its size and the fact that we were traveling with extended family for a wedding in town. We were super comfortable here; the house is spacious and very clean! Beach views from the front and coastal views from the rear. We especially enjoyed the kitchen and living area being open so we could all visit and the bedrooms on a separate floor so everyone could retreat to privacy, when family time was on overload. The only caution would be the stairs- if you are mobility compromised or have brave toddlers, there are 3 flights of stars. This was not an issue for us whatsoever, but worth noting to others wishing to book. Overall, we had a tremendous stay- thank you for sharing your home with us; it truly became our home away from home for this family trip.

Our group of 6 adults loved everything about this house. Great location across from the beach, you could hear the waves. Good parking. Very clean. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. Would definitely stay again!

This home was quite perfect for our group and we would not hesitate staying again, in fact we are looking forward to it. The house has amazing views, a beautiful deck to watch the sunset and a wonderful, open area to gather and enjoy or long weekend together. There was one major issue that we had though. We went for a long weekend and met with friends from different locations, so we decided to eat at the home on Friday evening. Pot luck. Unfortunately, the oven was not working, it got warm but never hot enough to heat our dishes. After an hour checking our food we could actually pull the dishes out with our bare hands. Had to make do with stove top and microwave in small batches. Definitely needs service. Nothing to do about that and I did report it. The woman I spoke to assured us they would take care of it before the next group came in. Otherwise it would be an absolute 5 star review.

Near the beach, nice house, clean, good place to be with good friends

Great house, great views all around, quiet road, walk to beach, vacasa excellent service, if you need them, they are there for you.

This home was beautiful and my husband and I along with our daughter and her husband thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, we also had my almost 2 year old twin grandsons with us. The listing didn’t mention two staircases to get to main living area. Having open stairs was a challenge with toddlers. Also, the home was beautifully decorated but many things had to be put out of the boys reach. The location of the TV was also a challenge with two busy toddlers. However, our stay was perfect and we enjoyed our stay very much but perhaps the listing should indicate children 3 and up as no bedding accommodations were available for toddlers This is not a negative review by any means. The home was lovely!

The location was great.

Easy access to enter. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. I would stay again. The only problem was losing power in rooms. However, it was very easy to reset the circuit breaker.

This house is perfect! It is an easy watch to the beach and the deck is a great family gathering spot for watching the sunset and stargazing. You will love Wells and Moody Beach and this is a beautifully decorated home with everything you need for a family vacation.

Floor plan, view, location!

This home is well stocked and in a great location. We have stayed here 2x as two families and have had a great stay each time. The kitchen is very well stocked for our cooking needs and we all love the many board games, views from the top floor, and large dining room. Everything was very clean upon our arrival and we have had a great few night here the past 2 years and hope to return again.

There is nothing you could find fault with at this home. Everything was perfect. We had 8 relatives staying and it was so relaxing and roomy.

We loved the location, the views within the home and the level of amenities. We have rented in the area many times and never had the level of the provisions that were provided/available. We look forward to our next vacation here!
