Lovely Merritt Island Home w/ Kayak + Fire Pit!

Easy and quick check-in, basic and straightforward check out. The best part of the house is all of the beach supplies. Was great to not have to pack chairs, towels and beach toys ourselves, and just use the rental's supplies. Loved being able to park our car in the garage. The beds were adequate, but uncomfortable. Ok for kids, not so much for parents or if you're elderly. Appreciated the extra bedding to utilize the pull out couch bed. Kitchen has all the basic tools needed, and a great coffee bar. Neighborhood is a basic residential neighborhood, so be prepared to drive to everything. Bring a big enough vehicle to take advantage of the bikes, kayak, and other toys accesible from rental.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was within 1 mile of my best friend’s house. Very nice and clean. We definitely took advantage of the beach chairs and umbrella this week. We would definitely recommend!

The house was in a great location, easy parking, easy to find, great communication with host from day of booking to check out. The house was beautiful decorated nice furnishings well stocked kitchen. Lots of stuff for use at the beach. We did not have time to go to the beach. But water all around the area. Beautiful view. Very close to port. I have put this house on our to visit again list.

The home had many amenities available to us. Cindy was very helpful when needed. The biggest problem we had was the height of the master bed. We are in our 70’s and 80. There was a step stool, but a lower box spring would work much better. Low boy box springs are made for that purpose. And we disliked the crackling mattress pad cover. Like sleeping on plastic. Other than that, everything was perfectly fine and comfortable. A kitchen blender would be great also Thank you, we had a wonderful time going to Kennedy Space center and seeing 2 launches. Don’t miss it. Get a two day pass and the extra bus tour.

We loved our home away from home everything was perfect about it except for in the master bathroom I could only get lukewarm/cool water in the shower & sink. No cold or hot. We have family in Merritt Island and if that glitch could be fixed we would definitely stay here every single time we come visit!!! Love all the extras they provide!

Other reviewers noted the cleanliness of the home inside and it was as advertised. It truly was pristine. It was spacious inside and the kitchen was up to date. It had everything we needed for our stay (including TP!). It was a bonus to walk in and find it a comfortable temperature inside. The coffee bar was a highlight - a really nice set-up. Roku TVs in both the living room and bedrooms were easy to use and convenient. Internet access was fine. One minor note - the master bed is very high. For those with any mobility issues, that might be a challenge, although a step stool is provided. Meanwhile, the master bath was to get a renovation after the stay, so that should be a major plus for future renters. All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending this rental to all.

This was in the perfect location, super clean and had a lot of beach/fishing items to use for a good time. We did not have a chance to use any of the goodies, but will definetly book this house again if we need a place near the beach!

We were down for only 2 nights for our son’s baseball tournament. The house is in a quiet neighborhood well maintained. The house was clean and well supplied with everything you need. Wife loved the coffee bar.

This house was the perfect location. Clean, nice and such a fun Florida home. Only wish I had more time to enjoy all the items they had on hand for use such as beach volleyball team and bicycles. Thank you!
