A wonderful home for a family or group getaway. Each bedroom features its own bathroom, with ample closet space throughout. The open-concept living areas are spacious and inviting, and the fenced backyard adds an extra level of comfort and convenience. We would happily stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay during our daughter’s graduation weekend from TCU. Great location for TCU, downtown and the Stockyards! Beautiful home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood…walking distance to the Bowie House!! Highly recommend!!

This is the perfect little cottage, close to so much of the best of Fort Worth, and impeccably clean. The kitchen is well stocked and the hosts are generous with their supplies. Finding 3 bedrooms with 3 full baths is a real gem in this historic home area. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were nice, and the front porch swing is nostalgic. I wish there could have been another seat or two in the living room area so we could seat 6, but we made it work. Beautiful home!

The house was in a perfect location for our needs (were there for a sporting event at Dickies Arena, which was walking distance). The common areas of the house were excellent and the kitchen amenities were especially good - All Clad pots and pans, electric kettle, robust spice rack with spices, and more. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was great and not completely clear from the description (so happy surprise). And, the master suite had a huge walk in closet and very large bathroom area. The other rooms were spacious too. Only a couple negatives: The WiFi was a little spotty. The queen beds were sagging in the middle so with two people, you rolled towards each other. And, the bathroom for the back bedroom had a shower that was hard to turn on and off without getting the rest of the bathroom wet. None of these things would keep us from choosing this property again.

This was our second time staying here and it was still an amazing place for our family. Clean, well appointed and close to everything!

we’re been moving around this area of ft. worth because our house is being repaired so not being home is tough and this is the the best location we’ve stayed at. it’s super clean and the small details (suitcase holders, fully stocked coffee and kitchen) was nice. it’s a perfect location for everything in the cultural district/tcu/linwood area. highly recommend.

The location is great if you’re in town for events near Dickie Arena. Neighborhood is nice. Home is clean and very well equipped.

The home was perfect for our family while attending a wedding at the nearby Kimbell Art Museum in Ft Worth. It was clean and well supplied and the host was very responsive to our queries.

A beautiful home in a family friendly neighborhood. The hosts anticipated our needs and left toiletries (like shampoo & conditioner) in the bathrooms, coffee pods for the Keurig, and even a few waters in the refrigerator. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent location in Ft Worth. Super cute neighborhood and long driveway for parking. Home was spacious and backyard was a nice additional space. We would stay there again!

First off communication was top notch. We arrived and had a special treat in the refrigerator for us that we all enjoyed. The location was perfect and close to our activities. The house was spotless, the air conditioning worked, and we had everything we needed. There were plenty of pillows and blankets and the beds were comfy. I’ve never stayed in a Vrbo twice while in Dallas/Fort Worth, but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again if we had our dance performance in the same spot as this year. Highly recommend Callie’s place!

Beautiful house - super clean and had all the little touches (nightlights, bath items I forgot, stocked kitchen, etc) and really cute neighborhood. Easy walk to the Bowie Hotel restaurant.

We were in Ft Worth for my son’s wedding and this was the perfect place and location for our stay! Close to everything we needed. We will definitely look for this place to stay when in Ft Worth.

My family has been coming to Fort Worth for 8 years and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed. Also, he neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. Everything was great! Thank you to Becky who went above and beyond for us during our stay. We hope to be back soon.

We were on site for a team roping and this place could not have been better. What a great house with a super nice neighborhood. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone using Will Rogers.

We met up as a family to celebrate Easter with our daughter that attends TCU. This home is in a beautiful neighborhood and only 10-15 minutes from campus. The communication with the owner was great - everything was on time and accurate. We stay in a lot of VRBOs and this one exceeded expectations. Everything is updated and so very clean. Truly a perfect experience and we hope to stay here again for future visits!

The online photos did not do this property justice. It was beyond quaint, clean, and just perfect! The backyard space was so peaceful. My 9 year old daughter and toy Aussie lived exploring the gardens. I’m the evenings, the fire pit was a delight. In the mornings, having coffee while watching the birds was such a calm beginning to our day. We plan to book again for a concert in the fall!

Second time we stayes here to catch up with friends in the area. Extremley well stocked, very clean and super comfortable, and a perfect uard for the dog! Highly recommend!

Wonderful accommodations!

This is one of the BEST VRBO's we have stayed in. Very clean and well-equipped. Every detail was taken care of, and everything was in perfect condition. Each bedroom had it's own bath, and the kitchen was massive for a full house if desired. The backyard fence is secure for any pets, and the chairs were comfortable. The location cannot be beat for fun 7th street and downtown activities. Very quiet neighborhood too. I didn't hear anything outside all three nights. Highly recommend and will stay here again while visit relatives.

We needed a home to stay at near the rest of our family that is strewn about Fort Worth. Having grown up here, it made our return back smooth. Coffee and donuts, all of our favorite local restaurants and parks were all a short walk or drive away. The house was great for hosting the family for dinners or nights of relaxation. The children loved running around the backyard and the house was open enough to allow the adults to chat while the kids played.

This is a wonderful property which is accurately described in the listing. It was very clean, and located in a safe and convenient area for exploring art museums, downtown Fort Worth and the stockyards. We especially appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, especially several items which we use all the time at home for healthier eating (salad spinner, steamer, stainless steel cookware). Check in and check out was a breeze, and the property manager was easy to communicate with. We would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Fort Worth, and we would definitely book this again for future stays.

This is a lovely, spacious home in a charming neighborhood. Tastefully decorated, it also has pretty much anything you could need. Host and manager communicated really well throughout booking, check-in and check-out. We would definitely stay here again!
