This lovely lakefront cottage has been a favorite family gathering place of ours for 30 years. It sits on picturesque Lower Goose Pond in the heart of the Berkshires.
The property is situated on a dead end street of a private lake community. The house is just over 1,000sf with a deck overlooking a large yard and the lake. The lakefront yard is big enough for a family game of whiffle ball or to throw a frisbee around. The first floor has the kitchen, living room (with a couch to sleep

Stayed Sep 21, 2024Everything was as indicated on VRBO site except checkout time, but host Gary was very responsive and helpful. Quiet setting with beautiful view of pond, close to Lee and other surrounding towns. Very relaxing! Had been concerned about the spiral staircase but the steps were wide enough and very good railings, and the upstairs bedroom was very comfortable with a balcony and nice view of the lake.

Stayed Aug 11, 2024House is comfortable. No air conditioning but we did not need in mid-August. Lake calm and quiet, neighbors very friendly, all attractions very convenient !
