Lovely house with gorgeous marsh views!

This place was everything it said it was. We had an amazing stay here. The house worked out perfectly for us - my fiance and I were on the bottom level with our 17 year old nephew on the top level and the kitchen/dining/living room between the two levels. A bathroom on every floor so everyone had their own space. Beautiful property that had everything we needed available. AC on each level. I loved this house and the setup. The screened in porch on the bottom level was a great place to hangout overlooking the marsh with peaceful bird sounds. Lots of parking available and on a very quiet street. I would highly recommend booking this place. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us! 5 stars all around!!!

Great location. Beautiful view of the marsh which we enjoyed from the second story deck everyday. Great yard for kids to play. High end appliances and new and clean overall. Wonderful place to vacation.

Beautiful property in a wonderful area of Maine. Big yard and plenty of space for our friends. It is a hidden gem! The check-in process was very easy and the owner was very responsive.

Host was super responsive and we appreciated her ability to get us checked in a bit early. The house was lovely with the perfect layout for family togetherness while still having plenty of space for everyone to branch off and rest. View of the marsh was beautiful and relaxing.

I can not recommend this property more if I tried! Everything about this experience was excellent from start to finish. Cary was so prompt in her responses to me, even allowing me to drop off groceries and park at the rental so we could start are day at the beach!! Speaking of the beach, gorgeous locals only beach less than a 10 minute walk from the Prescott House. The house is gorgeous and full of bright sunlight, The beds are all very comfortable with nice bedding,The view of the march in the day with all the wildlife was so tranquil, but my favorite part was listening to the waves crash against the rocks in the stillness of the night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you can think of needing - including wooden skewers to make kabobs on the grill.Board games, books, towels, you name it, this house has it. Already planning a return trip later this summer!

This is our first stay at this beautiful home in Wells. My family of seven loved our two day stay at the house. The home was comfortable , clean, modern - great appliances, with a beautiful yard and view of the marsh. Cary was very responsive to any questions I had. A great hostess! My family is looking forward to returning next summer For longer ?

We had a great time at this house! We loved staying in a quieter area with Ogunquit and kennebunkport nearby.

We were six adults and two children (under 8 years of age) and the house was perfect. It's a beautiful house, well located, very clean with all amenities. We spotted a deer in the early morning on the lawn in front of the house, that has a beautiful view of the marsh. We all thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights and would definitely return. Instructions from Cary were excellent. Thanks for sharing your beautiful house!
