The beach house was perfect, roomy, clean and had all the little things we needed. Love the view of the dunes and easy access to the beach. Hope to come back and stay here again.

The house was beautiful. The area was quiet. The stay was easy. Awesome Vacay.

Overall everything was fantastic. The access code could be shorter, 10 digits way too long. King bed pillows were terrible. Kitchen was well stocked. View of the dunes was very nice. Peaceful stay. Extra patio chairs would be nice. No beach equipment for guests, bring your own. We loved our girls trip!

This place was beautiful and peaceful. Neighbors are friendly and helpful giving great advice! The home has beautiful updates on kitchen appliances. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone not interested in a beach front view.

This vacation home is just right for a family vacation. Perfect location with a sound view and a short walk to the beach, or a short drive to even more beaches. Check in was a breeze, and the home was clean. The neighbors were also very friendly. We only wish that we could have stayed longer.

House was very nice when we arrived. Just a forewarning for anyone who may be sensitive to motion and not be aware of how houses on stilts feel, the house sways significantly with just someone walking through the house. It was especially bad when a storm came through, I ended up sick from the motion. I found out this is normal so not a huge deal just a fact I felt was important to mention. Upon arrival we noticed two portable air conditioning units. We didn’t think much of it. About halfway through the week our air went out. A repairman was sent by the end of the day. We thought it was fixed but after an hour or so it was apparent it wasn’t fixed. After a few more calls the repairman was sent back and the air worked well after this. The night after it was fixed I noticed water dripping from the a/c vent in the kitchen. I assumed it was condensation. The next night water was dripping out of the light fixture, the a/c vent, and the ceiling itself. The rest of the week we had to set pans and towels to catch the water that was coming out. If this issue is resolved, the house would be a nice stay. The location is nice and quiet on the sound side of the island. The beach is a short drive from the house.
