Lovely home with ocean view, beach access, pool, hot tub, & W/D - dog-friendly

If you're looking for something fancy, this is not the place for you. Furniture is old, paneling on the walls. Some burners on the stove do not work. There are no instructions to get the TV working in the living room and the coffee pot did not work. Thought i had vertigo but the house sways frequently.It is a short walk to the beach. Ocean view from the deck. There's a large carport. The pool and hot tub are great

House was decent. Needs a little TLC but location to the beach and private pool was nice. Location was close to good restaurants. We come to the beach to be at the beach so if the house is clean and beds decent we are happy. This house was clean and decent beds!

This home was well layed out and a short walk to the beach. The issues that we had were the oven and coffee pot not working and the oven was not fixed till late Thursday so we were only able to cook Friday. This caused a lot of food waste and huge take out bills that weren’t anticipated. The home itself could use a few updates as there were nails sticking out where trim was broken off in a few places and the ceilings were chipping off.

The pool is nice, but this house needs major repairs and updating in almost every way. Not worth the money.

This is definitely a rental, not a home. It needs some attention & repairs- stoppers in the tubs for children's baths & in sinks so that you don't lose small items like a toothpaste cap down them. The dishwasher has many broken pegs & doesn't clean well. There are small leaks around windows during heavy rain that have faded the stain (& leaks are not good). On the plus side, the pool & hot tub are wonderful! The main floor furniture is comfortable, & the 3 couches & extra tables to work puzzles or play games were great. You could see the ocean from the main floor & deck, even though you had to walk down several houses to the walkover to the beach. Also, having the beds made & towels ready when we arrived was a huge plus.

We had no TV to watch due to ROKU. The internet was horrible!! There was trash all over when we got there. Nails sticking up out of the outside deck and steps. We rented this place once before thru Midget Realty - and it was a very nice house. We couldn't get into the place at check in time. The person cleaning did not leave until after 5p. Just an overall bad experience this time. We won't be renting this place again. It wasn't worth the amount of money we paid.

We vacation annually with our daughters’ best friends and their family. We stay all over the Banks. This house was perfect for them and us - the pool and hot tub were clean and were cleaned again mid-week. Ceiling fans helped the AC keep pace with the July 2023 heat wave. The kitchen is well-supplied for cooking anything you could imagine. The sofas are comfy and there is a good amount of seating. There is a decent view of the sea despite being second row. Dining room table fit us all - 8 people. There was an extra table for a puzzle and an extra side room/sunroom where we spent a lot of time. There were several details that could improved and we notified Vacasa of those. With an overhaul this house could charge double so get it before they renovate! There is a ton to do in Avon and our teens took full advantage of the fantastic week here. Thank you for sharing your house with our family!
