This stunning new villa is located just outside of Kringa, surrounded by peaceful, unspoiled nature of a small Istrian village. The villa has a large, carefully tended garden with a beautiful, inviting pool where you can enjoy the sun day after day. At your disposal is also a covered outdoor terrace as well as a gas barbecue - prepare delicious meals and enjoy them outdoors on warm summer evenings!

Inside, the villa is no less impressive, starting with the wellness area with an indoor jacuzzi overlooking the pool area. On the first floor there is a cozy and spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for the whole group. Thanks to the large windows, every room is bright and flooded with light. On the first floor you will also find one of the bedrooms with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the second floor. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 8 people, making it ideal for 2 families. When you are upstairs, the views of the surrounding area will take your breath away - enjoying the views really is a must!
