Lovely Home in the Heart of Sand Hill Cove!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to Roger Wheeler beach. Our kids enjoyed waking up close to the beach, having ice cream at Aunt Carries and dinner at IGGYS. Very quant and quiet neighborhood

We had a lovely stay on Maple Ave, it was such an ideal location. So close to Roger Wheeler Beach, the Block Island Ferry and a quick drive to Narragansett sea wall and a number of great restaurants. The neighborhood and town are filled with such friendly people! The property was really cute and was great for our little family. I would note that this property does not provide beach chairs, which was not accurately communicated through the rental agency.

The home was clean and comfy in a safe and quiet location just a few minutes walk to the beach. The kids loved riding their bikes around the neighborhood.

This house was a great location - a quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and grilling in the backyard. It was the perfect fit for four adults and two small children. The yard provided a nice place for the kids to play and the beach was just a short walk away without needing to pay for parking or entry. Communication was a breeze and the house was well cleaned. We enjoyed the Matunuck Oyster Bar for a fancy night out and a visit to the lighthouse and Iggy's Doughboys for some causal fare. We look forward to returning!

A very clean, bright, comfortable and happy place. So homey and amenities galore. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We highly recommend this little roomy get away and we loved the porch, the back deck and especially the outdoor shower.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is open design and very comfortable for the family to hang out together. There are three bedrooms with adequate space. It was very clean and bright. The front porch was a very pleasant place to sit with coffee in the morning. The deck was well suited for family cookouts. It was a short walk to Roger Wheeler Beach. I highly recommend it!

The house is beautiful, comfortable and offers ample space for a family of four, and even for extra guests. The front porch is a nice place to relax, and the back deck is in view of neighbors but nobody is nosey. The outdoor shower is key! The front and side yard are suitable for kids to play. You can hear the waves from your room :) The location is wonderful for a family: quiet neighborhood, close to everything! Walking to Wheeler beach takes 5 minutes with small kids. Easy streets then sidewalk on busy road (for a minute), then sand path. You can also access “Seaweed Beach” via the beach access path at the end of Stanton. Warning: really pungent seaweed aroma! The house doesn’t have beach chairs and umbrella so bring your own. Also, there isn’t a covered area to leave beach cart & related objects (unless you want to leave it in the front porch?) We left everything in the trunk of a car to avoid things getting moist overnight. The three stars in cleanliness were because the house was overall clean, but more attention to detail is necessary. Would definitely recommend and also return! Thank you for a fantastic stay!!
