Stayed Sep 6, 2024Back sliding doors do not lock. They have a security bar in place. When I brought it to the their attention, I was told it’s a safe community. Should be fixed in my opinion. Didn’t feel comfortable. 2nd day was woken by neighbor knocking at door to tell me I had to move my car out of the driveway to accommodate his trees being cut. House was not cleaned properly, master bed had dirty sheets. Owner’s response were excuse and eventually said we can leave if we weren’t happy. Rent in this community a lot, there are better homes than this one.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We were in town for a soccer tournament. The house was the perfect spot for our stay. There’s a Walmart and a Winn Dixie right by the entrance to the development, a bunch of great restaurants, and an easy drive to Orlando or Auburndale. The pool was really nice to have after sitting in the Fl sun every afternoon!

Stayed Apr 4, 2024This house is in a safe perfect location for your golf trip especially if you plan on playing Southern Dunes GC. It’s one of Florida’s premier public courses! This location is not far from other great courses and Walmart footsteps from the front gate.
