Lovely dog-friendly Scarborough Village home with spiral staircase, patio & W/D

Surface very clean, hvac vents covered in black dirt (mold?) furniture and rug downstairs smelled very strong. Kitchen was very clean.

Property could use some maintenance. We had a leak in the bathroom and reported it. Maintenance came and identified cause, but it continued to leak off and on during our stay. The water faucet in the kitchen leaks some and deck light upstairs was out. The information regarding property management on the welcome notebook was outdated. The main bedroom bed did not have a comforter on it, so I took the one from the twin bed. Apologize for not taking linens off the beds, but we didn't get the email until after we left

This place was exactly what we were hoping for and more! The space was comfortable and cozy and perfectly located. We were able to easily walk to everything on the main strip: beach, boardwalk, arcade, mini golf, shops, and restaurants. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy spot steps away from the excitement of rehoboth beach. It was such a great bonus that it’s dog friendly so our sweet pup got to enjoy vacation with us!

We enjoyed our July 2025 vacation, but Vacasa’s Vrbo rental had a broken fridge and unusable patio. We would not have booked this property had we known. Vacasa’s property maintenance came in a timely manner, but issues weren’t able to be fixed before the end of our stay. Hopefully these issues will be fixed for future renters. Book with care.

Please location is great. Close to all the beach action, great restaurants and shopping. Townhouse is spacious but outdated and living room furniture needs some deep cleaning

This apartment is in a great spot if you want to access Dogfishhead or any of the restaurants/bars on main st. The unit is very dated though and the set up is weird. The Jack and Jill bathroom between the upstairs bedrooms (only accessible by spiral staircase) is not ideal. All in all the place was adequate for the price, but needs some work.

We stayed for two nights for my kids' spring break and had a great stay. The condo was clean, simple and within an easy walk to the boardwalk and beach. It was just what we needed for a quick getaway!

After we got over the shock of stains on the carpet, I was not aware that the unit had no TV in the bedroom. That was my fault. This unit while in a excellent location needs some work and

Property was what was expected and matched the description given….comfortable and clean, but nothing fancy. Our biggest disappointment was the outside patio. It was not at all appealing….the metal table and attached benches must be 30 years old and appeared to be rusted. Two stains on the jute rug in the kitchen area when we arrived.

Great location to beaches and boardwalk. Dewy beach has better restaurants, things to do and is more dog friendly.

Love the location! Convenient to everything downtown Rehoboth. Beds were comfortable enough. Communication was excellent. Highly recommend for anyone that can get away with only needing one full bath. Would definitely stay here again!

Home was close to the tourist area on Rehoboth Ave and within about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. Very quiet neighborhood. Rooms, especially the two bedrooms, were bright and nicely decorated. Spiral staircase had small steps that could be slightly difficult for older people or young kids, but we were OK with it. It was nice to have two parking spaces right outside the unit, one of which was covered. Made it very easy to go in and out.

Enjoyed walking to boardwalk and beaches, avoided parking hassle during peak vacation season. nice and quiet neighborhood, dog friendly, perfect for small size family, and people are capable to climb stairs

The location was perfect for walking to the beach and Rehoboth Avenue. Finding a pet-friendly condo without carpet gives us peace of mind when traveling with our small dog. Ease of check-in and checkout added to the convenience.

Everything was smooth, property was nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back again!

This location was a great place to stay. We were super close to town and walked everywhere. We went. The house was spacious clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stayed here with my sister and my small dog for a weekend getaway and it was perfect! They even had a dog bed and toys for any dogs that visit. There wasn’t as much grass area as I thought there would be to take my dog right outside but it worked out just fine. Rooms were nice and spacious, there’s a half bath downstairs and a full jack and jill bath upstairs.

Perfect place to stay for our weekend away. Close enough to walk everywhere. Beds were comfy and we slept great. Backyard space was peaceful. Had everything we needed.
