Lovely dog-friendly home with tennis, fast WiFi, deck, grill & W/D

Excellent ,beautiful and clean house.

The house was very clean and beautiful.

It was perfect for 7 people, close to beaches and great little quiet space. The only notable things was the outdoor outlet in front of the house wasn't working, and the beds are firm (which the guests preferred softer). Great patio with fire pit and grill, and an excellent house overall! Perfect spot for a weekend getaway.

Overall the location is great. All beaches within close proximity and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The house itself was spacious and decent amenities. The only complaint is the cleanliness. There were ants and the house needs a deep cleaning. TV’s in the rooms would’ve been nice also.

This is a lovely house, with all the amenities. It is comfortable, clean and great for our 2 Golden Retrievers, as there is a fenced in yard. The neighborhood is lovely and the neighbors very friendly. I would've given this property a higher rating, but we had a major and a minor problem. Upon arrival, we couldn't log into the internet with the username and password given to us. We also couldn't use any of the streaming services on the tv. The next day we emailed Vacasa*, with no reply and the next day we called Vacasa. Vacasa's techs were prompt, knowledgeable and had the problem solved in 15 minutes. Apparently the owner had changed username and password and did something with the router. Vacasa gave us a hot spot and we were finally in business on the third day of our stay. *Vacasa replied by email on the third day. The other minor problem was that the house is very dimly lit. In one of the bedrooms there was only a small reading lamp. We had very cloudy weather, so the house was dark and turning on the lights didn't help much. If you don't care about dim lights and internet problems, this house would be perfect for you.

A short drive to anywhere you would like to go. Quiet neighborhood to relax and enjoy time away. Our dogs enjoyed the yard and we enjoyed the deck.

As a family of four with two dogs, we were all very comfortable in this house. Everyone had plenty of room. The backyard was especially a treat, it was very nice to sit with our dogs to relax and enjoy the day. The area was very quiet and peaceful. Also nice quiet streets to take a walk with a very pretty pond at the entrance of the development. It was slightly further from our favorite beach, but not too far at all. As a plus, we were closer to some nice restaurants and coffee places that we would have missed otherwise. It was a great central location from many directions. We would highly recommend!

House was comfortable, in a great neighborhood and close to everything. Yard was fenced and pet friendly. Beds were comfortable which is a major plus. One issue was a loose stone step which could have been a major issue had someone fallen and also only the house only has one tv. That was hard for a family of 5, with older kids.

Location, all one floor, awesome neighborhood. Thank you, will definitely be back!
