Lovely desert home w/ private pool, spa & mountain backdrop - 2 dogs OK

Nice house.

We had a great time in Palm Springs and spent a lot of time by the pool. The villa was great and the location was ideal. We will not hesitate to stay here again for another stay in Palm Springs.

Backyard needs some TLC

love being close to downtown and close to the Ralphs. And only 10 minutes to Taqhutiz creek golf course (great value). backyard was private and large - pool was great. definitely will return!

Finding a venue for two teenagers to agree is a massive headache. Fortunately, our kids like Palm Springs as long as there is enough space and a pool. This house delivered. Ample room to come together and have privacy. Old.we school neighborhood has big trees. The grocery store is a mile away, get a sandwich at The Real Italian Deli just a couple blocks away. Downtown is 5 minutes. Taqhuitz creek is a great value for golf, 10 minutes away. Definitely will return

This was our second time staying in this home. We love the pool and the peaceful backyard! It’s just perfect to relax and get away from the noise. Guest services were super helpful and responsive. We forgot a couple of items and they were so helpful in locating them and shipping them back to us. Top notch customer service and we hope to return next summer as well. I brought my family to this house for spring break hoping to get out of the cold wetness of the Portland. However, despite requesting to get the pool heated nearly a week before the arrival date and needing to contact Vacasa again 48 hours before our arrival date to request again and despite paying the pool heating fee in full more than 48 hours before arrival and being promised the pool heat would be turned on later that day, the pool was much too cold to use. We were told it may take up to 72 hours to heat, so we accepted that on our arrival night it might be too cold, but it should be fine the following day. It was not. It was 95 degrees the following day, but the pool was much too cool to use. When I contacted the property manager team at Vacasa which is not what I would prefer to do on vacation, I was told the heat was only turned on the day we arrived, so it would not be at optimal temperature until the day before we left. When I told Vacasa that was unacceptable, I was told via text “I apologize for the inconvenience caused. Is there anything else for today?” I requested a refund. The following day, I was told I would receive a full refund for the heat which I have not received yet. On the day we left, I attempted to use the “heated” pool at the house again which was even colder than two days before. And don’t even get me started on the ant infestation, the janky screen doors, or the broken microwave above the stove and working microwave taking up the entire counter.

The backyard had a fantastic view over the mountains and the pool with mature palm trees. A dream.

It is a perfect place family vacation. The place is equipped with everything a family on vacation needs. My kids had a blast with the pool. We will definitely come back 100%. Thank you for sharing your place.

This house is the ultimate getaway . Just buy some groceries and the rest is here. Relax by the pool or enjoy the area , theres so much to do. The house was clean upon arrival the host was reponsive in everything we needed or any question we needed answered .

Our family of four (daughters age 5 and 12) had a great summer getaway! The home was just as pictured and described in the listing. The kitchen was well equipped and met our needs for our stay. Check in process was easy. We spent most of our time enjoying the pool and were so pleased to not have any mosquito issues at the home. The beds were comfortable although the mattress in the master was very creaky with any movement. The only con was the water pressure in the shower was terribly low. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet and super close to the grocery store, we were stocked up after checking in. We definitely would love to stay again in the future!

Very private back back yard, we loved the pool and jacuzzi! We spend a majority of our time in the back yard. Beds were not comfortable, way to hard (unless you prefer super firm). Might be time to invest in better mattresses or a mattress pad. Pillows not great but there is a ton in the closet to choose from. We didn't realize that until we bought new ones. Overall the house is well stocked with seasonings and seems to have everything you need to cook. It's close to the airport but planes take off a different direction so it's not bad with it being loud. Overall we would definitely stay again, just wish beds were more comfortable.

We had a great time. Very clean, everything you need exists . 2 middle-age couples from Orange County just going to enjoy the warm weather and the sun and the pool. Only downside is the pool was cold and they want to charge 75 bucks a day to heat it. Otherwise perfect!
