THE SPACE

The house is a replica of the Nordic houses, of Finnish construction, and uniquein the Sierra de Tentudía area, that will captivate you from the moment you walk through its door: the soft aroma of Japanese cedar wood, the warmth of the color of the wood in the walls, ceilings and floors, and the wooden beams in sight will make you feel that you really are in another country.

SERVICE AND COMMON AREAS

The house is rented in full, for use by all areas: the upper house (wooden), the lower house (concrete basement), garage, patio, gardens, orchard and pool.
Guests have at their disposal, in addition to the supplies indicated above, the following: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, TV, stereo, WIFI, piped music, iron and ironing board, bathroom heaters and hair dryer.

In case there is a person with reduced mobility, this can be accommodated perfectly on the ground floor, since there is no step from the street.

The house has beds to sleep 11 adults and a sofa bed perfect for 2 children.
The beds are distributed as follows:
- upstairs (wooden): 2 bedrooms with a 140cm double bed and a cot, 1 bedroom with a 105cm single bed, and a bedroom with a bunk bed. Total upstairs: 5 beds.
- ground floor: 1 family room with a 135cm double bed and a bunk bed. Plus a 135cm sofa bed, perfect for 2 children. Total: 3 beds and 1 sofa bed.

ATTENTION TO THE GUESTS

As soon as you formalize the reservation of the stay, I will contact you by telephone to provide you with all the necessary information for the use and enjoyment of the house, being also always available for telephone contact 24 hours a day. Also, in the house I leave you a mini guide on the use of the house. I also provide you with information of tourist interest with my recommendations (sports, leisure and gastronomic) so that you can make the most of your visit to our wonderful region.

OTHER HIGHLIGHTS

- Pets: pets are allowed. These may be in the garden or garage, not allowing them to enter the house, for safety.
- Smoking: smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- Parties: it is forbidden to rent the house for the organization of parties, the use of the house is not allowed more than for the people indicated in the rental contract.

OVERVIEW OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The house is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Monesterio, perfect location for holidays: just 5 min walk from the town center, 2 min walk from the Tourist Office and Museo del Jamón, and just side of the mountain countryside. Monesterio is a beautiful town in the Tentudía region, known as the capital of good Iberian ham, which stands out for the high quality of the gastronomic offer offered by its restaurants, where you can taste innovative dishes using the best materials prime of the area, the Iberian meats and sausages. In addition, it is a unique enclave to enjoy the Sierra de Tentudía and all that it offers: hiking trails, native forests, wildlife, adventure sports and cultural visits. Just 35 minutes from Seville and 45 from Mérida, it is the perfect location for an escape from the city routine.

HOW TO MOVE

The house has private indoor parking, where up to 5 cars can be accommodated, and you can also park on the street without any danger, as it is a very quiet and safe area.

    We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely house. It has everything you need while you are away from home. It is very roomy, with five bedrooms which would comfortably sleep twelve people (plus a baby or two). There is a self contained section downstairs that would sleep two adults and two children, and can be independent of the upstairs accommodation. There is plenty of room outside too, with a good sized pool, large table & brick built barbecue, and some fruit trees and grape vines. There is also a large patio area and garage. We had problems. as our original flights were cancelled, and Lola was extremely kind and helpful - even collecting the first of our party to arrive, from the airport and showing him around the local area & house. She checked to see how we were coping in the heat wave, and responded quickly to any problems, and had them sorted out straight away. Monasterio has a supermarket, individual shops (Green Grocer etc), lots of cafe's & bars & a good selection of places to eat. We would definitely stay here again. You need to hire a car and you really need someone who can speak Spanish too.
