Lovely Beachfront Getaway ~ Steps To The Water ~ Fantastic Ocean Views!

The pictures in the property listing are inaccurate. The listing stated there were 2 futon beds and there were none, nor were there any sleeper sofas. Because of this, two grown adults had to sleep on couches in the living room.The dishwasher was broke upon our arrival. I notified the property owner immediately, but this was not fixed during our stay. None of the TV’s worked, except for the one in the living room.The silverware in the drawers had obviously been used (there was food stuck to knives and forks) and had not been washed before being put in the drawers prior to our arrival. The house in general was very dirty. There was either no grout or moldy grout in the shower and bathroom floors. The front and back doors had large gaps around the seals and it was difficult to keep the house cool. The condition of this house reminded me of a party house for college kids. For what it was, the property was very overpriced!The only positive note I have is that the check in process was very easy, and it was in a good location. I do not recommend this property and will not stay there again. My family of 10 were all very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property.

This duplex is lovely. The oceanfront view is incredible.If you wanted to cook while you were here this place has all the kitchen tools you would need.Simply delightful property.

This is the perfect spot! Gorgeous beach views and just steps to the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of space and everything you need in the kitchen.

Just a suggestion to add some body wash/shampoo-small container to wash off travel dust until the guest can do the run to closest Dollar General. Mattress and bedding are low quality. Visible water damage all over the house.

The host, Keith, was very helpful and quick with responses when I emailed him.

The property was great! Easy check-in, kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, coffee maker, and toaster. The Duplex was well cleaned and is right on the water which is a plus. There were neighbors on the other side of the Duplex, and we could not hear them at all. I would stay here again.

Our family of 8 had plenty of space and loads of fun!! Plenty of kitchen supplies, great porch space, and hoses to help with sand clean up. Saw dolphins and other sealife. Great place!

The location was so convenient to the beach, and the host was wonderful to work with and responded to questions quickly

Enjoyed our week here. Nice to have a spot right on the beach without large crowds. House was clean and beds were comfy. Especially LOVED that the back deck was covered! The family really enjoyed sitting in the Adirondack rocking chairs without being in direct sun- able to enjoy a nice breeze and view of the ocean.

The property is in a great location and was very comfortable.

We stayed here for our annual Girl’s trip and had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and as described. It’s right on the beach with a beautiful view from the porch. We even got to see some dolphins one morning. Overall great stay and great place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this property. We were looking for a spot away from the crowds and this was definitely it!!! The walk to the beach is just a few short steps. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and all appliances worked just fine. we had plenty of towels, our bed in the primary bedroom was comfortable. The second bedroom was missing a comforter but we weren’t too bothered. We had lovely neighbors for the week who we thoroughly enjoyed getting to know. It was nice to make friends but if that’s not your jam, the outdoor areas are separate enough to feel like you have your own space. Keith was quick to respond to our questions. Overall I would say this is a no frills, affordable place to stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent vacation in Fort Morgan, AL! The side of the townhouse we stayed in was called Dolphin West and we enjoyed a lovely and spacious home away from home. It was our third time staying there, and it has been great each time. Every time, we see some updating to the property. The owner and his staff are keeping it well maintained. Any issue or question that may come up is responded to in a timely manner. Our family of four enjoyed the king bed and the kids loved the bunk beds. There is nothing like sitting on the porch drinking coffee and splitting your time between looking 10 steps down to where your little ones are playing in sand on the beach, and looking straight out to the ocean to see the dolphins swim past your little spot of paradise!

The house was as described. Clean with minor repairs needed from the house settling. Was easy to find and get in and out of the neighborhood. No issues, just wish we could have stayed longer

My family was looking for a quiet spring break getaway and found just that! The beach was peaceful and clean. The house was so lovely and accommodating. We had one little hiccup which Keith handled immediately. I could not be happier with our experience!

The beach is Right There! The house was clean, neighborhood is quiet & the sunrises & sunsets unbeatable.

There were bugs in the kitchen and bathrooms. Roaches crawling out of kitchen drawers and under the cabinets and sink . He did send someone to come spray but then there was the stress of chemicals. The kitchen was pretty grody, crusty silverware drawers w/roaches and just not being cleaned. Other rooms looked okay clean. Stuff splashed on walls and just a few ick things like that. The furniture is a bit worn out but nothing too bad. It’s a cute place, great location but the constant sighting of roaches just kind of messed with us all week. It’s priced way too high to deal with that. He did make efforts to fix things while we were there and that was a positive but just when you get the week to be able to relax and be with family , and you save up and look forward to it, it’s just a bummer to be messing with all that. Also he did give us a 100$ refund. Just trying to be honest.

Comfortable furnishings. Nicely staged. Plenty of kitchen wares. Can’t speak highly enough about the owners. Promptly responded to text questions.

Kitchen missing a few things. You have about 14 skillets but only one saucepan. We bought measuring spoons and cups and left them for the next guests. The location is good, easy walk onto the beach. We were really impressed that both sides of the duplex were occupied and we didn’t hear a sound from the other side.

This house was perfect for our group of six. Plenty of room for everyone. The location is amazing - literally steps from the beach! The listing was a little unclear about the fact that this a duplex. We weren’t even sure which side of the house was ours when we arrived and just hoped that we didn’t freak out the neighbors by trying to open the wrong door. The owner was very responsive to our messages upon arrival. Would definitely book this property again!

Very relaxing and just steps to the beach. If you’re looking for quiet & secluded during September, this is it. Only one busy beach day. Only two minor complaints: 1) thermostat read mid 80’s upon arrival. 2) Windows were really dirty to the beach. Otherwise very comfortable.

Perfect location. Just walk out the door and right on the beach. It was great for my elderly mom since walking on the sand is hard for her. Communication with Keith was great. We had a very relaxing week even with the stormy weather.
