Lovely apartment in the beach- condo with amenities on the beach!

Very Nice apartment, bit older, but was able to enjoy the beach and pool right at its door steps, the best part about the trip.

We were happy with the location. Place needs some repair but overall it was nice and easy. The beds were comfy.

This property is NOT what it appears in the pictures. Booked this place because of its proximity to The Diplomat Hotel, where I was attending a conference. The Diplomat was booked solid, I thought this VRBO may be a great alternative. My family arrived to this VRBO prior to my arrival due to flight issues. My wife and children checked in and were immediately overwhelmed by a smell and general deferred maintenance of this property. Mold/musty awful smells and generally unclean conditions. Not an issue that could be fixed with a call to the property manager. Basically, if you don't mind ungodly odors, appearance and smell of mold, maintenance issues, views of dumpsters from window, this is a great condo. We did not stay one night in the condo and my attempts to reach the manager/VRBO to receive a refund were not successful. I wish I had listened to the previous review regarding mold/musty smells, I hope you will. Unfortunately, I cannot post pictures in a review.

Karina is a great hostess! Responds very quickly to our questions and is very helpful. Karina also messaged to make sure we were enjoying our stay and check to see if we needed anything. Isabel helped with the check in process and she is wonderful! Gave us a tour of all the necessities. Pool, beach, parking, laundry etc. We needed a few extra towels and Isabel had them delivered to us in less than an hour. We found the beds to be very comfortable. We did very little cooking but found all the basics that we needed. The area was perfect for our family! The pool area is a few steps away and on the other side of the pool is a beautiful beach. Thank you Karina for our very enjoyable stay!

The listing description was not accurate. The unit had a terrible mold/musty smell, the kitchen was disgusting— rancid smell and food on floor when arrived, bathroom blue sink was dirty— hair and old tooth paste not cleaned, bedroom with 2 beds had black mold on ceiling by vent… person whom to met us was running late so we were given code to enter on own… Overall very disappointed and would not recommend staying in unit. Definitely not as updated as photos show. Complex was nice in regard to pool and beach

After Ian blew away our accomodation at the gulf coast, we had to look for an alternative. We stayed almost seven weeks in the condo. Over all we can recommend the condo. It is located directly on the beach. The maintenance of the building is very good. AND Isobel was very helpfull and responsive. The condo does need a little update und more equipment. We were only two persons but had to run the dish washer every day due to limited dish- and cookware. Also some more towels would help. Overall we can recommend the place.
