The fully stocked kitchen has recently had all of the original 20th century cabinetry stripped and restored including period details such as the built-in bread drawer and a few select functional period pieces like the 1952 Sunbeam Mixmaster stand mixer and Oster beehive blender seem to make everything taste a little more like they were made with your grandmother's gentle TLC.

All of the large appliances are modern. An LG Fridge with bottom freezer rounds out the appliance package including a the top of the line Kitchen Aid dishwasher (with High Heat Sanitizing Option), a GE range with extra-low simmer burners, and high efficiency front loading washing machine.

Provided for guest use are also a dazzling array of small kitchen appliances including Juicer, Espresso Machine, Smoker, Ice Shaver, Automatic Bread Maker & Food Processor as well as Microwave and Toaster. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY GUIDELINES: The house easily accommodates 10 adults and that is where maximum occupancy is currently set. A general house rule is no more than 8 unrelated individuals but larger family groups up to 12 will be considered on a case by case basis. Very young children, for instance, may not be counted towards the maximum sleeping occupancy.
