Stayed Mar 31, 2025We had 8 golfers staying in 2 properties side by side owned by the same host. Both houses were immaculate , each had 4 bedrooms. Our host was 5 star! He responded to questions, within a few hours, and gave us a list of restaurants that we enjoyed. Overall, of my many stays at a VRBO, these properties rank at the top!

Stayed Dec 12, 2024We (a total of 5 adults) were in Birmingham for our daughter's graduation from UAB. The townhome had plenty of space and was comfortable. The kitchen was decently stocked. The host was great. She responded quickly and was easy to work with. The reason for 3 stars eas because of the clealiness. The light fixtures and artwork were dusty and had cobwebs. The showers had mildew. It definitely needs a good deep clean.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024This was perfect! Enough space for my family and great location. Had everything we needed for a home away from home! The rooms upstairs do not have tv’s but that was an expected surprise as my family stayed downstairs to talk and watch tv together. When we come back to the area we hope this available! Thank you.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024We enjoyed our stay in this nice property. It was convenient to Aldridge Gardens, the location of a wedding event. The hosts left detailed instructions for everything, and we did not have to contact them further. The property was clean and well maintained. There were some slight shortcomings. It was a very hot time during late June. The upstairs bedroom with the king bed would not cool well enough for our granddaughter to sleep in it. Other rooms cooled acceptably. The shag carpet in the main room was stained. Overall, I would recommend this property.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024Three things I look for in a VRBO: engagement of the owner, cleanliness, and stocked with the basics. This location scored BIG in all categories. The owner was very engaged from the beginning! Very helpful, personable, and kind. The home was clean and yes stocked! I have rented several VRBOs recently that really skimped on the basics (trash bags, bath towels, bedding, etc.) Not this location. Absolutely wonderful. I can always judge quality by the attention to detail. Mitch (the owner) cares about his image and those that rent from him. We had a great weekend. The home was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend.
