Lovely 4-bedroom house in downtown of The Woodlands

Lovely neighborhood. Quiet and peaceful. Everything you needed was within a perfect distance. Property clean as well kept. Would stay there again. Manager great to work with and very helpful

This was our 2nd stay and everything is in good order.

This was a short trip but it was worth the drive got to visit with my grandson and his family. The house was amazing. It was very clean and we had lots of room. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable I’m handicapped and I was able to climb the stairs to just view the rooms. I stayed in the master bedroom which had its own bathroom downstairs. There were lots of little things we forgot but it ended up being already in the house and we could use them. The host was excellent and answered all my questions. We will be staying there again if it’s available

The host was amazing! Recommended tho gs to do in and around the area. The house, location, and neighborhood were perfect. Very calm and beautiful! If I get an opportunity to return, I absolutely would seek staying at this location again.

We stayed Sunday to Sunday. EZ check in. The neighborhood is beautiful. The home is exactly as pictured. TVs are a bit small. Kitchen has all the appliances you will need. Perfect for our family of 6 with 2 additional guests. Location, location. Everything you need is within 7 to 10 minutes. The home stayed extremely cold during our stay in Late July. Extra towels would be a plus. 2 per room were provided. Concenience was key at this home. Polina was amazing, very attentive and available if needed.

We stayed for the weekend to attend a wedding. House was central to everything in area! Highly recommend!

Nice house, nice neighborhood, everything worked.

Four adults. Two children. The cleanliness overall was good. Average mattresses in the two main bedrooms. The master bedroom bed is low if you are older or have a problem rising from low levels this is not for you. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes, although we did not do any major cooking there. We were left with minimal towels and bath mats, but that was remedied by the property manager immediately. Some deep cleaning inside and out would help. The front porch entry wall was heavily mildewed and multiple remnants from what I would assume were past guests were left in the showers and under cabinets. I would have expected partially used toothpaste tubes and many partial bottles of shampoo and body wash in the showers to be removed. Overall we had a good stay!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood with walking/running paths all around. Kitchen was well stocked and Polina was super responsive. No issues and had a lovely stay.

Overall a good experience. The house is nice and the neighborhood well located. I really liked that the house is well equipped.

Stayed for a concert nearby at the Pavilion with family and a pet. Home fit all the beads and was in a great location and about 10 minutes or less away from all attractions. Host was very responsive and communicated well.

The property was nice - great location! We had a couple issues that the host responded to well. With a couple upgrades this could be a 5 star location. The kitchen is well stocked - we enjoyed our stay.

In town for a wedding and the house was perfect. Clean and easy check-in. Awesome location.

Beautiful home that could accommodate a large family. The back yard is not really good for pets as there is no grass and is very small. We did enjoy our stay though!

The house was nice and big. The beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked. Stocked with extra nice amenities. There were some areas that needed more attention with cleaniness. The outside grounds need some tending to. The property is located to a near by a park and nice walking trails. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
