This townhome sits on the (elevator-accessible) third floor of Alpine Village, offering views of the surrounding evergreen treetops and a courtyard and fountain below. It's a scene best enjoyed on your private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee in a rocking chair, barbecue on the gas grill in summer, and relax with a glass of wine at night.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a wonderful sense of warmth and polish, with richly hued wood and outdoor-inspired decor throughout. There's a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, a dining room table where you can gather for meals beneath the antler chandelier, and a light-filled living room with a smart TV (with Roku streaming channels only).

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The location of this property is great for the downtown McCall scene. It's walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The property is well kept and the house was very clean and inviting.
