Our home is located in close vicinity to downtown St. Aug (3 miles), major food chains and grocery stores (Walmart, Wawa, Publix), and the beach (Anastasia Island). In addition to its prime location, it is also relatively quiet and has a fenced in backyard as well as 2 acre wooded area behind it. The home is located a few neighborhood blocks from the intercoastal.
While at our home, you will have car access to the garage and use of the laundry facilities.
