Lovely 3 Bedroom Home Near Downtown Greensboro

Clean house with nice furnishings and state of the art appliances. House is situated near grocery stores and Target but most importantly it was … quiet.

The house was clean, quiet and well stocked but seemed to have lacked any recent maintenance. the water pressure in the primary bathroom caused issue and the entire family had to share the hallway bathroom. The door handle to the back deck was VERY loose and presented a possible security issue. When we arrived at the house (after an 8-hr drive), the provided security code did not work and it took over 30 mins to get in touch with the property manager to get a code that did work.

The home is lovely and in a quiet neighborhood. It is very conveniently located. The host was very responsive and helpful! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Very nice little house. Comfortable, roomy, convenient to everything we needed. 10 minutes to Greensboro College.

Overall everything was great. However, the animal aroma was a bit disconcerting. It was very evident that a cat or dog had been there previously. There was animal hair all over the placemats on the kitchen table. I’m not totally convinced that the bathroom sink in the primary bedroom was cleaned from the previous resident. Otherwise it was great

We came to Greensboro for a soccer weekend and the house was perfect for a couple of the parents to share. Being dog friendly was an added bonus for us.

I would Highly Recommend staying here! Very convenient to High Point Market, quiet neighborhood, and close to a ton of great local restaurants! Very clean and had everything that you’d need for a great evening after a long day at Market.

Quiet and relaxing neighborhood. Perfect for our stay while visiting with family in Greensboro. Our host was sure to let us know they were local and just a phone call away if we needed anything!
