Lovely 2BR BSMT Suite w/ Parking for Pickup

Please note: We occasionally help friends look after their pets — usually a Samoyed and a couple of cats — who stay upstairs in the main house. They sometimes get excited when they smell new guests, so you may hear occasional footsteps or movement from above. If you’re sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit. But if you enjoy being around animals, you’ll feel right at home.
For allergy reasons, the suite itself does not accept pets.

A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.

Guests can enjoy the whole space all to themselves, with no sharing with other visitors. You'll get the suite instructions as soon as your booking is confirmed.

Just a heads up, there are tenants living on the ground floor of the house with pets. The room you'll be staying in is in the basement. Please contact us for noise issues.

Bedroom 1: A queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.

1 shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub (shower bath) along with complimentary toiletries.
The living room has a sofa bed, which can comfortably sleep two extra guests.

You’ll find the central heating control in the living room near the sofa bed.

The living room is set up with a cozy sofa set and a TV, making it a great spot for relaxing indoors. Whether you want to enjoy a cup of coffee, dive into a good book, or binge-watch your favorite shows, this space is perfect for all your indoor fun.

The kitchen is spacious, clean, and well-equipped for all your cooking needs. It includes essential appliances like a refrigerator, electric stove with an oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and microwave. Plus, you’ll find a full set of cooking and dining utensils, along with basic cooking essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, making your cooking experience easy and enjoyable.
